i send an attack of 1040 troops to this guy and he only loses 461 men and i lost 1040!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

he put al men on the flanks, thats why he won
so i was thinking it should be like this
if 1 section is taken it is 0%
2 sections = + 10%
3 sections = + 30 %
this will make it fairer

From what I DO understand, I think I like this idea since you can only send 1,040 attackers per attack and the defender can have 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 defenders if he wants

I someone attacks me and I only lose 400 men, having 10,000,000,000 doesn't matter at all. With a 1040 attack there's only a certain amount of troops who could actually be involved in the defense before all the attackers die.
I'd say he was probably using armourer tools and veteran defenders. Do you have a screenshot farsight? What tools did you use?
The full flank defense is a very good tactic.
i only ever use veterans and now, 2080 veteran macemne and veteran crossbowmen, along with 520 tools from the armorer ARE GONE

That does sound pretty strange to me.
But if you expect to get them back you'll need a screenshot or two.
Can you not get someone to do it for you?
i don't expect to get them back but i am merely pi$$ed off that attackers have no chance these days

On the flanks he has 120-120 troops with level 4 wall and ruby defense tools and moat with ruby tools could have around 500% defense bonus on the flanks. so he defends the first wave on the flanks with around 600-650 troops each side, and u attack with 52+bonuses, around a maximum 130. by the end of wave 4 the enemy lose about 50-50 troops on the flanks, and u lose 208 each side. the remaining 624 troops enters the courtyard with -30% attack power and have no chance against the 3000 defenders.
attacking is not impossible, but if the enemy has 3000 troops inside and defend only the flanks u have no chance, even 6*1040 army cant win if the defender got enough tools

u should attack in hordes with ur alliance targeting many different outposts and castles. if u just attack a couple they can easily send defense even 10000 defense troops not hard to assemble in a 30man alliance

cause it's true, I can't attack good main castle's because of there alliance support.
anyway it's good when you are under attack, like you have seen.. so yeah
