    I hope it isn't like the recourse villages, first come first serve or in this case the biggest/strongest alliance intead of first come.

    i fail to see the scam involved here. To call it a scam is to say that we are cheating you out of your money which we are not. We are offering a product, if you don't want to buy rubies don't buy rubies. Of course we are going to put new items in that cost rubies. We want people to buy rubies so that we can continue to fund and develop the game. No ruby buyers = no game.

    Can everyone please bear in mind that whining or complaining will not make the update come quicker? CMs cannot make the update come faster (unless they also work for GGS), or make an official announcement without being told what to say. I'm fine with people saying "I can't wait", but "Plz mods make it come quicker" or "make an announcement!" is just annoying.

    Anyway, I think this looks great. There's probably going to be rubies involved, but bearing in mind that this is something for alliances, ruby costs shouldn't be *that* big unless you have to pay individually to join. Some alliances have 65 members, so even a 20,000 ruby cost would come down to just under 308 rubies apiece - something anyone should be able to afford, even if they have to save up for it.

    i think that there is a certain amount of cities a and alliances fight to take control of them and get benefits like resources and gold maybe even rubies for holding a city

    This is a complete guess, but this is what I think GGS might have done. It's certainly what I would have done if I was making something like this.

    I would guess that each alliance can choose to make a capital city. This city is placed on a seperate map with other capital cities, and possibly some NPCs. You either send troops over to this map, for a coin cost (where the "bill" goes to you), or you build a barracks in the city and recruit troops which might cost coins from the alliance cash box. You can also build things to raise morale, and you may even have to build things to raise capacity of troops, but I'm not sure where the resources would come from. You can attack other capital cities and gain alliance glory. The NPCs, if there are any, could get you some resources, coins and maybe even a few hundred rubies for your alliance.

    sounds good to me, but who will control stuff the stuff on that castle, the leader only, the generals and leader etc etc

    I think that the leader should be able to choose which ranks can use the castle because i know of some alliances where there is 0 trust where as in mine, i would trust all of the seargeants and generals as well as a few of the members
