why no glory points

i attacked this dude and it gave me zero glory points hes only 5 levels behind me

    you earn glory points if you can win at least 1 honor point, the level don't matter

    Well i destroyed a castle with very little troops killed and got 817 glory points

    i ve been attacking all week lauching about five atacks every thrity minutes i get bookoo loot but since thre days ago i stoped getting honor and glory point 0 nill and i play all day attcking lvl 40 thru 50 but no points ive contacted support but their not answering me is it a bug if so how do i fix it?
