This is your serious mistake or omission ... Many more than 100 of my decorations are missing (I mean the valuable ones. I can't even remember the number of small decorations I had ... but I know that number is huge)

By the way, all the mistakes that happen are ALWAYS to the detriment of the players. I'm really interested: how come a mistake never happens in favor of the player. For example: How can you never double the amount of coins, decorations, soldiers ... or give us the best commanders or cards by mistake. If the mistakes are accidental, this should happen at least occasionally.

But no ... you never rewarded us ... not even for your accidental or intentional mistake.

Tragicomic. I am furious ... I have been playing this game for years ... and now I am thinking of stopping playing .... like many others ... because this game has become only to your need to take our money and deliver the bad service to us ... your clients

Great point there about how the mistakes ALWAYS work against the customers. Is it really too much to ask that GGE test something first? The contempt being shown to customers here is breathtaking...

From what we can tell, this bug is linked to the Berimond event. Anyone who had joined Berimond has found not only their decorations, but also any buildings (such as relic bakeries and military districts) gone as well, anyone who did not join berimond has not been affected.

I'm afraid I don't know much more on the subject than that, and everything that we as moderators can do has been done.

Thanks for the update - do you happen to know if 'an in-game emergency' means that someone will be trying to fix this today? All too often it seems that bugs are kicked into the long grass over weekends...

Thanks for your explanation ... but I will be pleased when GGE gives me back my decorations .. because, as I said before, I have a wealth of decorations

At least 38 Godness of Nature with around a 700 of public order, not to mention those hundreds of Fusion sources in stock, and hundreds of "normal" event decorations above 320, as wel as one military district.

Thanks for info was going to raise a ticket but message on support screen when you get to do a ticket ! have also posted in bugwatch - there are 5/6 different threads on this can you merge them please ?

When you fix this problem I hope that you don't just put the deleted decos back in storage. I bought 7 1000 decos and 1 reward deco. I had 93 1000 decos in storage plus many many other decos, sadly I haven't written them all down. It's sad that your customers need to write down everything they have in every storage and keep it up to date because of rappy programmers and testers.

This loss of all Deco items in storage (mainly Fusion) is really a kick in the ---. Couple this with the fact that I know am going to have to spend more dollars to compete with the new buildings/troop formats coming out may just be the catalyst that pushes me away from this game to another. GGE, bring 'em back or .....

i have since found out it is a GGE issue and will be sorted Monday, not sure how they will sort it or how it will be known who has lost what but we see i guess.

I have been informed it is only happening to people who were in Beri.  Not that it is any comfort!

This happened to me nearly two months ago. I contacted support who took nearly a month to reply and they said they would replace all my old decorations but it might take a few weeks. I am still waiting.

Then I look today and it's been emptied again! I haven't even got the last lot back yet.

Hello everybody!

The already described phenomenon with the missing decorations and associated materials has been examined and will be remedied in the course of tomorrow, since the effort is unfortunately very high and we have to fall back on the entire game team.
