This event do not reward you for entering , and if you do you just become fodder for the players who can fill an alliance
If you got some rewards it may be worth entering if not not worth helping those who can

UNLESS, NO ONE enters on the 14th. NO ONE accepts the "gift package" on the 15th. EVERYONE waits until the 16th. But, there are only a very small % of us here on the Forum. ANOTHER aspect that GGS takes into account when they make their decisions. We are too small of a factor in their overall player base..........

Support tickets are handled on a case by case basis with the support team. Tickets are considered a private conversation between yourself and GGS and therefore should not be shared on the forums. GGS would not share your ticket conversations with another player, so you should not be uploading your conversations here. Moving forward, we will enforce this alongside the boycott posts.

This was absolute nonsense, every player recieved a copy and paste of the same reply, and NO ONE got anything. Even those of us that were overcharged for things we purchased in the event and it said one price and charged another. Now that is fraudulent.
I have written over and over to support and I may as well be talking to a wall, they have been clearly been told by someone senior that no one gets anything no matter what.
That is not considering each claim on its merit, that is deciding that no one gets anything and copy and pasting!!!
There is no point sending your players to support when you know in advance what support is going to say, all that does is waste peoples time and make them even more angry, I guess its easier to tell someone to do one behind closed doors then to do it in public where everyone can see it for what it is, a stitch up by a very greedy company with no intention of actually acknowledging that an event it ran was a total shambles from the moment it launched, with more holes in it than swiss cheese.
All your players want from you is that firstly you approach changes to the game updates new events etc with proper care and attention, ie you act in a professional manor.
And when you do get it wrong you have the balls to say you know what we got that wrong it wasnt good enough, we are very sorry we will try harder next time, no player should be financially worse off after playing that event so we will refund everyone on an individual basis.
Even now there has been nothing. You are intending to launch the event again tomorrow, and you have said nothing at all over what you have done to the event to ensure it functions correctly and to address the mountain of complaints about how it works. Do we have to assume that its the same as last time? no changes?
You have a perfect vehicle for communication in the forum yet when it comes to stuff players actually want to know things that are actually very important to players, you go quiet.
Yet when it comes to posting up some nonsense story's in some faux olde worlde language. You are all over it like a rash, despite your players having zero interest in that.

The next thing you removed was me stating that we (TM) would not be spending any money in the next Horizon event. I did not say people need to boycott it, but we (TM) (and many others) are so utterly disgusted by the condescending copy paste mail, and the fact they cheated customers out of money, we will not be spending in the event. Other people are free to do what their conscious tells them to do.
This next portion is not "legal Jargon" it is directly from the lower left hand corner of the ruby sales page. ANYONE who wants a refund of their money, has 14 days to do so, from your date of purchase. You just need the rubies to be in your account currently. While I think they should refund either way, since purchasing and using them to build etc was negated by the glitch.. we know they lack being able to do the right thing, and at least you can get your money back from the failed event.
Also, I messaged GGE and declined their "generous offer" of nothing I asked for. I simply want the return of my money. If they end up giving me the "generous offer", should I go over, that is on them and is in no way an acceptance or compensation of my loss.

@Crom Cruach question for you, if you and your colleagues all go to a car dealership to buy the same car to race each other and the winner will get 1 million dollars (fair level playing field with an unrealistic prize) but after the race starts you notice your car can only go a max speed of 100km where 3 others can go a max speed of 200km. Would you be going back to the dealership and ask for your money back? Or would you roll over and take a free oil change with the purchase of a set of new tires? Maybe @BM Neroxnex would like to answer this question too
