Update is good but there are many bugs in the update, i can't seem to spy a target don't know why. Second number of time skip packages are increased, i had already bought the maximum number of time skips before the update now after the update it shows that i can buy more not sold out but i when i buy it gives an error that maximum number of purchases has already been made.

Reduction of offer pop-ups

There will be a reduction in the number of pop-ups being displayed in the game! We will only be displaying, for the time being, Prime Time related offers. Again this is based on your feedback.

Is this including mail-box offers? If so, please make sure there is a way to buy these items, most my rubies go into these offers lol.

The game gets stuck whenever I try to spy something. This occurred after the update, please fix it asap, the game is unplayable right now.

My members are reporting the same.  Makes no difference which kingdom or even Horizons.

lvl 90 nomads don't change - so send a t/c attack to see set up then note results if you cant access flash version ?

plus if an alliance member is using flash ask them to spy the khan camp and share !

We noticed the problem with the spy reports. We have logged it and will try to fix this as soon as we can.

personally I think everyone has fallen for GGe's usual smoke and mirrors..  less popups is good but sounds like it will be only temporary and they still will appear at awkward times.  the lucky pennies thing is only going to make ruby whales bigger (as will the prem food relic thing)  ..the killer to me is the removal of the Arch & Researcher..why?? did anyone complain? they at least added variety to the game and something that people looked forward to..  this may just be the last straw for me....  this is now a play by no's event game where its impossible for non ruby to makde evena  dent on ruby whales..  so its log in ..do event log out ..wow how exciting. NOT

We removed them blocking the upgrading of the buildings, that restriction is no longer in place. It makes it easier to progress... I can't see how this is a negative. @Shares (AU1) can you explain?

@kim86 currently I don't, QA are looking into the issue. Seemingly it only affects HTML.

I was able to get the skips even though I had already brought but did it when in flash mode due to the spy bug. Maybe try that too..

Happy with the update. Things I am impressed, a player can develop graneries without waiting for architect. Same can be said for research too. Pennies are always helpful and giving 10 per month, its justified as per me. Skips useful for free to play players and I can see most of them are happy.

Offer Display, the space it takes on screen is a issue for me and I hope that will be fixed in near future. Thumbs up for taking players feedback and acting upon it. Happy Halloween To all.

simple..its SHOULDNT be that easy to progress ..it should take time & effort. Where the game and non ruby players lost it was when  - imho - the ability to buy experience came about. Players who had spent years building up their account were passed in a matter of days by those who joined and bought. Many of them didnt know how to handle the new status... 

whats the big deal in waiting for when you could build/reseaqrch? (alth research isnt such a big deal to us lvl 800's) .  It meant showing a ltittle patience and doing as much as you could when they arrived.  And there was alittle bit of strategy involved..now as i said its a PAINT by Nos game..

@Shares (AU1) - Inst that how any game is played ? Those who can spend money, can do all. And those who want to enjoy, will be able to build slowly with time and those who are since long, relics came new and almost all are at equal chance of developing. Its about gameplay and eventually who learns it better should matter than who is playing since long should be never taken into consideration as its a game. Free to play always takes time and one should respect it, but to expect no one else is allowed to develop in a fast pace is wrong.

Looks like you cant please anyone.. less popups is cool but we all know this wont last i feel like GGS throws us these softball no brainer updates for ''community feedback'' but ignores the laundry list of nagging issues the game faces everyday most of us longterm players cant be swayed so easily by this nonsense update at what point are they gonna be like hey we dont have as many new players and our longterm players are quitting in droves maybe we should address the things we've been asking about for years just to name a few off top 

-Storm rework
-new troops in capital
-rotate thorn king type events 
-Making both pvp and eventing viable

I am working on having these issues addressed and as you will know we are already looking into a rework of the Storm Island rewards and we are looking at a return of the Crusade style events. I can't promise when but we are making progress on Community Issues and I will keep the pressure on to get these moved through the development cycle.

This is another issue that we want to deal with.
