we wanted to give you a little insight on the current status of our dear support team.
If you’ve contacted our support recently you might already noticed that replies from our support team currently take longer than you’re used to. This is due to the past holiday season, where a whole lot of requests were received, and a flu season across Germany, by which some of our support agents are affected. Regardless of the circumstances, we would like to assure you that all tickets will be answered as soon as possible.
