Base Food Build Items Limit Problem

I have twelve base food production build items in my castle, the stated limit is fifteen, and yet it won't let me equip any more. I previously had 13 equipped, but I removed one so I could put a better one on, now I'm stuck.

    Have you tried to clear your cache and/or log off, restart browser and log back in?  If so, then a new bug probably due to this last worthless update.
