gge started to give us good offers . all ruby buyers like these offers. i dont like only 24h skips for Khan all other is not bad.

 must be window to be able we close these offers like we have new up there is a button close .

when  buy offer and terror the khan pop-up can't skips this makes me mad sometimes but i say i dont care . same with 5min skips for khan

If you do not buy rubies for a while, offers comes better and better. Like few days ago, normal I would got 2 hours beri bonus 250%, now because I hadn't bought rubies long time, I got those bonus like 13 hours total same money.

Now, I go back hold mode and wait offers getting better again.

Oh, Give us more popups! And add down counter too, say 15 to 30 seconds you cannot shutdown that. Would be really nice and would fit also GGS style perfectly. (LOL)

It would be nice if pop-ups were postponed while under attack, as this can be the difference from winning and losing in some cases. 

I am 99% sure a lot more wolfhound hits would have been sent to castles without watchtowers to make them mad as they would lag with all the pop-ups in the past days.

pop ups are happening to often , when trying to sort attacks or defences out they get in the way and  delay what your trying to do.

i dont buy rubies so i dont really care for them  but having them on screen every 5 min  is very annoying

I think they could easily condense it to one icon in the bottom right, with a window somewhat like the one you see when you log in after your alliance got a bunch of rewards that pops up when the offers change.

Progressive thinkers are great. And, I also like Fred's response. Sorry, I got off the handle the other day. I overreacted and misunderstood your post. I hope you can contribute to this thread and be a progressive thinker with us. I was a fool and I am sorry. And, let us fix this pop-up issue together.

Thankyou my i like Friedrich thinking about pop ups and i do select certain offers the best one is when they offer Berimond Carts for 6 rubies awesome deay. and yes i like your idea for a food horn as a player that has to do  slow food movements at night . it cost 200 rubies each food slowdown but worth it not to lose 3/4 k troops

The biggest complaint is the frequency of them, the past weekend was mind boggling and they changed very fast, some only up 5mins....some great deals but many were afraid to even try to buy as cycling so fast were afraid deal would expire by time done in the check out. I don't mind reasonable amount of popups, love some of the deals...but need kept out of attack/defense screens, seconds can make a difference in outcome there.

i like popups but to is to much lol  and the last time i baught a comender set  was in march  ,  it was in game special  i baught the all set  but then a weack after  it went mising the entire set went mising  from my equipment  , i hasve  mesage suport about this but never got a insure or my equipments back   this set cust me over $ 300,oo canadien dolars and i still dfont have the comender set in my inventory  i really wish this wil be look after

offers are no problem but make them smaller in the size of the attack horn  or let the offer icoons flicker few or several times so it is not blocking your view on the screen but is getting your attention , but please hell no, no more every 7 minutes please

They will not get rid of pop ups completely. Besides being advertisements they are also a way to break keyboard/mouse macros.

Popups used to be fine, there would be 1 or 2 every hour. Recently there have been 2-3 every 5 to 10 minutes. Doesn't matter what your internet speed is, this completely destroys the gameplay. Go back to a couple pop ups every hour or you are just driving even more people away from the game.

How about this @supriyo771184 (US1)?  They start adding all of them under one icon the scrolls just like the one on the top of the first picture. I mean the can obviously do it because they are doing it in the photo. So, why aren't they doing it in general?  But, since we are in a thread about it let's knit pick well we can and get them to try and do this as well. It's better for screen space if it's just one scrolling Icon and nothing else. Because to be honest the offers do stack up they start getting in the way of spy reports and attack because you always have to move your screen to get around them and out of the way of them. Thanks for the suggestion... Hopefully, they'll look into with all the other information in this pop-up thread.

Did the set look like this?

If so, I feel very sorry for you because that is a temporary equipment set, which is only really useful against shapeshifters, and expires after a week like many look items.

I would rather see the pop-ups than have the center of my screen cluttered with a stack of icons.

Then there are Camps which could be used instead of a center stack of shortcuts .... plenty of room around the castle walls.

The CENTER Shortcuts STACK is an annoyance to me.

GGE still don't seem to understand your customers!  I think a lot of us would be will to pay for a monthly service SIMPLE and straight forward like you used to have.

£5 a month no popups, 10% food production increase, 100 flags... etc...

£10 a month no popups, access to offer portal (as needed) 20% food increase, 200 flags, 500 bonus troops on event start, 100 skips per event start, 25% off all ruby purchased items

£15 a month....

£20 a month......

I know you have tried this with VIP, but it is a mess, seriously over complicated and really poor value for what you get. I don't know anyone who actually pays for it!?

dont have time to read all the coments but i only have a limmited time to log in and feed troops before work and some times the popups take that long my troops desert becuse i dont have the time to move food before i have to goit is making the game unplayable.

The difficulty I find is they can sabotage a hit or if you are running a series of attacks in the train approach - which pretty much required to compete in Sams and Nomads now - essentially those hits are timed so if a pop up appears at the wrong time you can't reset the camp before the next attack hits easily.  It's the same for everyone but if that happened during a defence it would be problematic and could result in player and alliance losing signficant defensive troops.  We are used to it to be fair so it isn't a new issue but I'd prefer it was like newspaper starting point middle right of screen.

I often get kicked from the game as a group of pop ups arrives and that is very frustrating, taking a minute or more to gat back in, Doesn't sound a lot but it plays havoc with train hits, and it has happened in the critical few minutes as a khan taunt was triggered. It also means any hits in setup are lost (that is a lot of click/drag operations for a 6 wave attack!), as are any messages being written.

The game was verging on unplayable last weekend as far as I was concerned - but it has been better during the week.

LInked topic is server lag, which had improved considerably, but is now returning.
