    @The Torrent (GB1) has the right of it here, looks like your method of trying to send these resources wasn't quite correct, new features as you're leveling up often take a little while to get used to :) I took a quick look on your account and I was super happy to see that since you posted you've been able to figure out how to transport resources to this location.

    Yeah, I don't know why, but food isn't going down at all, which is probably going to get us a ton of "bot bans". Just watch, their system thinks glitches that help players = cheating.

    Food consumption was frozen during certain times on the 24th and 25th whilst we investigated some login problems players were experiencing after the update. This affected all players and will absolutely not get you falsely flagged for bot use. That said please do get in touch if you find your entire server banned! o:)

  • Ok GGE you done screwed the pouch again, you froze food but I am NOT gaining any resources anywhere either and not gaining food after starting a feast and now about to go into the minus food with only 1000 food left WTH hope your gonna give food to all locations BEFORE you unfreeze food!!!!!!!!

    I just saw a player who has 10 food resource villages in Everwinter Glacier. How is that possible?
    Must be an old account - was possible in the early days cap introduced about 5 years ago - I seem to remember a Thread with Baldrick talking about it !

    10 Points to Gryffindor! Quite awhile ago the limit for resource villages was changed and whilst rare, you will find old school players with more resource villages than standard.

  • I had the Shapeshifter set on full hardcore mode, but some of my attacks made less than 1k points. In addition to that I was also surprised that even though it should have still been set on full hardcore I apparently had no losses with the 32 troops I sent earlier. This was after I logged off and later logged back on when I found out about this. I do not know if anyone else is having the same problem or a similar problem as me, but all of my hits that I set on full harcore mode should have gotten me 150 charms. They were all big totems too.

    This is a tough one to be honest. We were never able to properly reproduce this problem but were able to confirm it on live environments. It should now be resolved but we won't be able to verify that fix for 100% until the next event.

    Since the update I'm having issues with the Mercenary post not reseting - i had an unclaimed Mission overnight and it had not reset this morning - after 15.00 GMT it seemed to have reset but another alliance member says is having similar issues - it seems tied to having unclaimed missions at reset times ?

    also not able to copy and paste documents here at present as well !

    So the last refresh seemed to work alright. If you can provide me with a couple of screenshots demonstrating the refresh going wrong (Before refresh and after refresh images and make sure they are full screen for me please  <3) then I'll take another look into this. 

    For now I'm ruling no bug however.

    Looks like was something related to the update - apart from excess lag again ( usually during beri invasion) seems to have resolved itself - was a bit weird logging on and no new missions - but has been ok since ! thats why i asked the question here to see if anyone else was having related issues :)

    So I've had a few issues with gem and equipment rewards not being credited to my inventory when I win them. This does happen when my storage is full, but no so full as to be at the hard limit where you don't receive the rewards at all, e.i I am one or two pieces over 320 or 480 or at the limit which is the soft limit where you can't loot equipment but rewards still go into storage and just overfill it. 

    I have gotten support to return the items but each time they say its a one-off, and that I need to ensure that my storage isn't full, even though they confirmed there is a hard limit and a soft limit for inventory. Their wording was "The only way to be sure you receive the reward"

    From this response I can only conclude that there is a bug that means sometimes when you win rewards, even though rewards are supposed to be able to be credited if you are under the hard limit but over the soft limit, sometimes they are not for whatever reason and that this is why they are making 'exceptions' each time without telling us there is a bug. 

    Manta are you able to confirm this? It isn't a huge concern so long as I am able to get the reward back each time it happens, and that it doesn't take months. (Most recently it only took a week to get back which was good) Keeping your inventory with space in it hard to do during nomads where you loot a lot of equipment and its conceivable that a player wins a season piece with the inventory - even momentarily - on the soft limit.

    I was here to report the very same issue..tried twice now to smithy level 6 gems..both times it froze after I attempted it and am forced to log out to clear screen..

    NOW failed 3 times and froze 3 times


    ps only an issue with gems, works ok for armour

    During the nomad event, I obtained the Yak princess decorative item (Reward for 35,000 Points). I replaced a castle garden with this decorative item, but this morning, I no longer have the yak, and the castle garden has returned to where it was.

    The public order item has now returned to my castle in the exact location I put it.

    I have been having the same problem/glitch lately, try to smith a gem, says fail, screen locks up, have to close browser window and log back in.
  • Why u dont giving me reply ,u just took my 1.5k horsetails for a tiny shit target i want my horse tails back 
    Maybe if you didnt swear so much, people might pay attention to you. Just a suggestion.

    Whilst there are some situations in which you can push past the soft limit this is not intentional. As such this information given from the support team is correct; the only way you can be sure to get your rewards is to make sure to keep your equipment storage bellow 320 items. 

    The bug in this case as I understand it is that items are sometimes added to your inventory when it is supposed to be full. The exact mechanics of the hard and soft limit is not something I could comment on with any degree of accuracy but I'll point out the discrepancies to our design teams on your behalf and we will see if we can get this streamlined or at least some clarity on the feature.

    This was already a known issue and was resolved in our bugfix update yesterday, hope it didn't drive you too mad!

    From what I can see looking at your account logs the Yak deco that you won is currently camped out in your main castle so I'm thinking perhaps you've managed to resolve this problem yourself before I could take a look.

    Hello @UltimateMaster1 (INT1),

    I'm very happy to confirm that this is not in fact a bug. These targets are designed to be more tenacious than the standard opponents you might find out in the world. They have the ability to do things like call in reinforcements, send away troops, change their defensive set ups and you'll even see them open up their gates from time to time! 

    Back in the day it was actually possible for them to go under the dove but we removed that ability as a couple of players ended up with very few eligible targets during an event. 

    I realize this is frustrating but if you treat these enemies more like real players rather than NPC's you'll probably get along better.

    As a final note if we could keep that kind language out of the bug watch threads I would be mad appreciative. Your frustration isn't an excuse to lower the tone, we all friends here.

    I'm not 100% sure but I believe that if you get equipment as a prize from something you get it over that soft limit(320) but not over the hard limit(340)
    so the really big problem is that one quest, in every world, that gives you one epic equipment as a prize for hitting the towers and because of that quest many players have their equipments almost always really much over that 320 and sometimes even 340. so there would be really easy solution for that problem, and that is you change that prize what you get from that mission/quest, you could give (example) 10minute time skip for that, or something like that. no one doesnt even want epic equipments, they are useless now.
    quest/missions name is something like: battle shout, maybe.

    or even easier solution is to delete the whole quest

    This is also big problem for your support team if people write to support because they didnt get some reward equipments because they storage is full and its full because of that quest/mission.
