  • how about actually paying off the free gift that came with the new update. As soon as I clicked the button to collect, it popped some error and then said 'gift already collected' We had several people in our alliance claiming the same problem.

    I know 12 yr olds that can write code better... and it will actually work!!

    I seem to be getting no points in the lotus event from spending samurai tokens, forget the 6 points I should be getting because of boosters, I haven't even got 3 points. Should have had 18 points from spending tokens 3 times, got nothing. Points from hitting camps are still working.

    Thanks for your message on the thread. Looks like you've pretty much solved your own dilemma here in your edit. Just to be sure I double checked your account and saw your purchases of Throwing Nails, sadly they look to have been too small to trigger the 3 point category in the seasonal event (three packages of 10 Nails at 950 Tokens a pop).

    Now. Please bear with my as I am still doubling checking this currently, but, from what I can see; the 1000 points needed in the seasonal contest for 3 points in the Samurai event has been that way since at least the 6th of January 2017. This does not seem like something which was slipped into this update without informing players.

    It's the end of the working day over here so I probably won't receive and update on this today but I'll come back soon and provide you with some more context on this matter.

    Please bear with me, very keen to get to the bottom of exactly what occurred here!

    Will GGS fix the problem with the Fleet Shields? I never got the fleet shields from their gift plus two other players who also mentioned this on the "updates and feedback" section mentioned the same problem. I am also guessing that everyone else on the entire U.S.1 server did not get the 15 fleet shields either from the free gift sent by GGS. I mentioned this problem elsewhere, but unfortunately BM ang1243 has not responded yet about contacting a CM. And so I decided to comment on here on the bugwatch hoping that maybe the bugwatch could help with this problem and especially if a BM will not help with this by contacting our CM about the bug. This does not only involve just me, but also other players as well on the U.S. 1 server who never got the 15 fleet shields and the other tools they were supposed to get as a gift sent by GGS recently, but never received. I never got the gift because of an error code and now the gift thinks that I had already received the tools, but I never actually got them. I think it would be good to know if anything can be done about this like maybe GGS resend the gift to everyone on the entire U.S.1 server, but this time without any bugs on it. Can you help with problem? Can you contact GGS or our CM? @Manta Birostris

  • @cooleesa123 (GB1) thanks for the follow up on this. After taking a deeper look into this it does appear that it has in fact always been this way. I was still sorry to hear that you didn't get your points on this occasion but I am happy that there were no unannounced changes here  :)

    I guess  I am being completely ignored by both our BM and even by Manta Birostris even though this is supposed to be a bugwatch which I would assume is supposed to fix bugs including those that affect entire servers. Various people have complained about not getting the gift from GGS because of an "error code" and yet we are being ignored apparently. :(

    Is contacting the support team team the only way to resolve this problem even though I am not the only one with this bug that others have complained about too on the U.S.1 server? I know how to contact the support team and have contacted them before, but if the entire U.S.1 server was involved can the support team fix bugs that affect entire servers or only Goodgame Studios can do this? I am guessing that the support team might be able to fix bugs that affect an entire server, but I am not certain of this.

    I'd like to report a bug thats kind of ruining the game right now. I don't want to mention any names in public so I won't be doing that.

    The problem is this: Someone's account seems to have a bug that he or she can capture a trading metropolis with a maxed out castle guardian.. (atleast 90-90 fighting power and ~80-90% courtyard). At first we thought this individual could only do that to a trading metropolis she already had in the past, but it's not the case. He or she dumped it and let one of his or her alliance members take it.. Now he or she moved to the next tr
    ading metropolis to capture it with the maxed out castle guardian. And after this one she'll probably move to the next one again (after the 14d cooldown probably).

    I'd like to propose the idea of shutting down metropolis captures untill this is investigated on NL1 server.

    I'd like to report another bug too..
    Whenever I have a feast running for recruitment and recruit anywhere but on berimond and I later want to recruit on berimond I get this window... And it forces me to relog. Can you fix it?

  • well, gge will problably tell an other story about economy and bla bla bla
    but the free 10 minutes buildingtime is lessened to 4 minutes
    well done gge for ripping off again your customers
    I was wondering who else was experiencing this about the 10 mins building time

    @David Noble (US1) Not trying to ignore you here my chap, you certainly have some good points but I don't yet have any firm information and would prefer not to misinform people in regards to this matter. For the time being players will need to contact support if they would like this error corrected (After taking a quick look into the support system I can see only 9 tickets regarding this matter which have not yet received an answer so it looks like support have been able to stay on top of it for now!).

    A server wide compensation is already a topic of discussion. However as we can't guarantee anything we decided it was better to continue communicating that people will need to contact support about this problem. In regards to the CM teams they are already aware and working hard on this issue, lobbying to have our available resources directed in the most efficient manner, in the case the "most efficient manner" is probably going to be getting the bug fixed rather than compensating if we are not able to do both. But as previously stated, I don't yet have firm information on that topic!
