First things first... Open Internet Explorer! Oh look at that, is your homepage also Goodgame Empire?
Step 2
Now you need to head to the Settings menu (the Cog icon in the top right corner) where you will find "Internet Options".
Step 3
Now the Internet Options box will have popped up and you will see a Browsing History area. You simply then need to press Delete!
Step 4
Congratulations, you've reached the final step! This is the most important part, you need to tick the Temporary Internet files box and the Cookies box. Untick the rest of the boxes and simply press Delete!
There may be a notification saying that it's complete, but you can check by simply refreshing the page, it should be done in around five seconds.
That's it! Your cache will be reset, you'll have to log back into Empire and hopefully the issue you had will be solved. If not, please inform a member of the board team who will investigate the issue further for you.
Thanks and don't hesitate to contact us!
