Troops missing

On the 28/01   I had my attack troops stationed at a safe house
no food issues  no reports yet my troops vanished.
Mailed GGE  Jason replied asking to me for breakdown
I gave him all details
He replied back saying with there infallible system that (we know has no bugs it could not have happened) (ya right)
Spoke to other fellow members in my alliance and other alliances same thing happened them
Some got replacement troops others like me were told that they are telling lies.
so missing over 7k attackers that i bought during rubie deal for a war.
so  GGE a couple of things
1. CUSTOMER is always right 
2. you rip us off enough without loosing our troops
3. If you ever send a ticked in and support guy called Jason replies I suggest you send back in for another ticket and hope for another support member to reply

    I'm confused, if GGS rips you off and doesn't treat you well, why are you playing this game?

    cause i am hoping for issues to be resolved  as they done for some members

    and I do like this game just hate been ripped off
  • I lost over 4K troops also.  They politely called me a liar.  What really gets to me is some players got their troops back while others did not.  What is that?  To me that shows they knew they had a problem.  I even asked to speak to a supervisor which I was never allowed.  I spend money on this game every 2 weeks.  The last comment I received was "I'm sorry for your frustration."

    Not even close to what I'm feeling....

    whole server got fcked over. i was lucky enough to be awake and didnt have to station troops

    i also lost 1k troops the other day they were sitting in my op and i had no food troubles so

    only difference was royal capital was won

    remember it didnt happen at all its all in our heads u have entered the twilight zone

  • I had lost 11.5k troops and i got them back we were not in the same alliance at that point
  • Same happened with me too. Though my loses weren't that high, lost like 4K troops in total. :( Still!!!

  • Well customer should be right....especially when they can see how much money the customer has spent on this game.  Which by the way pays for their paycheck.
