    ya this is true,nobody is attacking neph a alliance named kingdom of neph, i attacked a member of their alliance they said that they can plan to attack me, but they leaved that matter!
    i am on level 18! now
    at that time i was on level 11

    I am in a Neph alliance. Just asking. I see no one actually giving any info on problems with Neph. Just comments that they do not like Neph, etc.
