the metro at its best gives up to 250 bonus food per green castle, which is only 60ish troops more. but if you own a bunch of them, say 10 or so, that is an extra 600 troops per castle, and capitals only work 1 per alliance, so if you own only 1, capital is better, if you own many metros, those are better

Bt capitals are better cause the stieninel of kingguard is the troop that can be used to defend against 5 waved attacks
its nt worth for you untill you are one of the big allies
or u don,t have to face 5 waved hits and mass hits etc
But we have to wait for a new one to spawn as the only two which exist are being owned by the two most powerful alliances and it will be very difficult to get any of them.:(

3rd stonghest could go for Capital
thats assuming the top 2 strongest are not allied, or that the 2 strongest are not allied and would kill the 3rd guy

You won,t understand till you will defend a 5 waved hit :P
it can help u save 1 flanks and prevent extra 2k losses ( if support is 5k )

I did defend a 5 wave hit.I was in alliance with capital and never thought about going back.And unit better then flame bearers and sentinels - Vet Swords.

Btw capitals in green are most valuable then metropolis then fire capital , then sand and finally the most less valuable ice capital
