Does anyone know how this unique equipment is acquired? I have searched forum and asked in my alliance and can't find the answer.

Not to be picky, and I do really appreciate the wealth of information you provide in the list and related threads, but these really belong in the Tips and Tricks section, and not in the Questions section...
