Alliance Tournament Prizes

Howdy,
How out dated are your alliance tournament prizes? When I was a level 50 and tournaments were around, guess what the prizes were? The exact same as they are now basically. It has been 2+ years, the game is changing, and it is honestly time that you up the rewards some more, and perhaps add a few more ranges, such as top 100.
Come on now GGE, we all know you don't like to give stuff away, but it is so obvious that these prizes are terrible for what alliances put into them. Up the ruby prize, or make some kind of reward that makes it worth while.

most if not all of the top 10 have fully upgraded smithy. at the very least they have a close to full level one.
i think PO is a nice idea, as the alliances that are winning the prizes now are already fully leveled up, and coins/rubies do them no good, except maybe for a temporary boost in defense, speed, atk power, etc., and im not even sure if those take coins/rubies to use
coins/rubies should go to those that need them more they make great prizes to lower level groups, but i know some players who can farm more then 1 million coins a day, so giving an alliance with players like that 500K coins? congratz, you saved them 1/2 a day of work. for one of their guys. when they have 64 others just as capable
and 20K rubies? that is less then 20$ of rubies. almost every hit i have seen in the war uses that many rubies on tools/troops alone, so you saved them the cost of 1 attack.
these prizes are useless to almost all who get them, make a useful change for once
props to erik, 2 ideas in a week on forums that are actually good and thought out, but still simple. not another kingdom or 1/2 baked idea on how to "balance power" (I.E. more capitals for other kinds of troops...)
