Feast for Healing Units

Afternoon,

I don't believe this has been suggested before, and if it was, well then I guess it's a good idea ;)

I think that a feast should influence the healing time for units in the hospital. Reason being, a strong ruby buyer can instantly heal their troops, whilst others have to take the time to heal them. On top of them taking a long time to heal, this would help non-ruby purchasing players to stay in the game so to speak.

Those are my thoughts on the subject at least, what do you think?

    A feast is a celebratory event. It improves morale; even the sick and wounded would benefit psychologically; which helps manifest itself physically. Sounds good to me.

    Would this be a seperate feast? Or just increase the cost of feasting. If so, would t affect those who don't have hospitals?

    I like the idea. It would certainly help me because my hospital is full. :(

    I completely agree. There 100% should be an option to feast and speed up the healing of soldiers in the hospital. Also it shouldnt cost you rubies to heal special troops. I was very surprised when i saw that. Thanks GGE for making me pay ridiculous money for a hospital, only to have my most valued men get killed off and then have to pay you rubies to heal them. They get you coming and going. Greediest MFs ever.

    This would actually make people more likely to build hospitals and increase slots in them, thus increasing ruby spend even while making it easier and more fun for non-buyers.

    I was thinking it just adds the effect for the healing units just like for recruiting units, without a seperate feast.

    I love the idea of this but it can't be called a feast, can it? You're not going to throw food at the wounded so maybe call it something like 'hire extra doctors' or something. Also what will prices be? I presume it's going to be coins or rubies

    No need to get mired in the weeds on this, just let it be the feast. The food & festivities helps the healthy recruit faster. The improved atmosphere / celebration helps the wounded recuperate faster (mental and emotional health).

    gotta say this is probably the first player suggested idea i like from the forums

    im president obama and i support this idea

    edit: shouldnt work like a normal feast, otherwise healing time could be increased by 600%, and im fairly certain healing time is not determined by things like PO or if the hospital is on fire (things that affect normal recruiting). so if it speeds it im fine with that, but if it makes it go 10X faster that may be a bit much
