    Could someone post a summary of the OP? I only made it to the 2nd or 3rd chapter.

    I did not make that post long just for the fun of it, and I'm afraid that in this case, there is no short cut.

    The only reason why this game exists is to make money.

    Only reason they make updates is to make the players keep buying rubies.


    GGS Is Exactly Same As EA, seelfish, money machines, dont listen to their players. GGS is the new " EA "

    I bet GGS would shut this game down if they dont make anymore money from it.

    Hey cm's this is one of the most constructive feed back I have seen, this is what you guys were always asking us for when we give feed back now that this feed back is negative, well that's the point of feed back it would do all of us pleasure If you guys could right back but not just a couple of sentences a meaning full paragraph or two

    I've only been here for a short while, but I still see how atrocious GGS's attitude towards players and costumer feedback is. They definitely need to look at customer feedback more. All we're trying to do is encourage them to improve the game and make it more appealing to the consumers, which would, in turn, give them more money.
    This is not a parent-child situation. Yes, GGS will make all executive decisions, but they need to communicate with the consumers to choose the best options for both the company and the players. Players can choose whether or not to play, and if the communication and satisfaction does not improve, GGS will struggle to keep players and grow as a company.

    If it was solid then half the suggestion section wouldn't be filled with complaints about how GGS isn't listening.

    Haha, my point is that they don't care, because their business model works without the need for expensive customer retention schemes. I'm with you, I think their customer service is rubbish - but as long as they are making plenty of money, why should they care about a few dozen complainers on the Internet?

    50 million registrations by June 2014? If just 1% of those turns into someone who spends as little as $10 a month, that's $5 million turnover every month. I don't know if that's a lot. It seems like a lot.

    Complaints on the forum aren't going to be bothering the accountants... because most of the people complaining are still playing, and still paying. As long as you're having fun, and can afford it, that's fine.

    If you're not having fun, stop playing.

    If you are upset that GGS isn't listening to you, and you accept that as a fact... just how effective a strategy is asking them to listen to you? Because, I mean, they're not listening in the first place, right?
