Troop Loss Over Lands

Hey all,
Just sent 36 KG crossbow from my EverWinter castle to my Great Empire castle.. Or so I thought. The troops never made it to the Great Empire, and I checked the travel which showed they are no longer on their way over. So they have gone missing, and I realize that I also sent some to Burning Sands from Fire Peaks which did in fact make it. So I find it odd that those one's made it, but the others did not.
Keep an eye out and be cautious when sending your troops around realms in case it happens to you. I am sending a ticket now.

EDIT: Upon restarting the page 4 or 5 times, the troops finally appeared in my Green castle.
