Construction Slots

My suggestion is this---- Take away having to buy rubies for extra construction slots when recruiting soldiers and building the buildings. It takes a long enough time as it is to recruit and build with just the 2 slots for recruiting and the one for building because of time restraints. If all the slots were freed up to be used it would quicken the building and recruiting. The time restraints may remain the same but you are getting more done in the same amount time. I personally would like to see this happen as I am not a ruby buyer. I think everyone would benefit from this as well! I for one can not spend all day on the game so being able to build and recruit with all slots would be beneficial to my game play.:D

    You are right about one thing. Everyone would be benefit.. Except maybe GGE. People buying those extra slots and cranes are a source of revenue for their business, which they do have to turn a profit in one way or another. It would make things easier for us, the players, but it would make large cuts in GGE's wallets.

    If you can't afford them, you can simply work for the rubies in the game, and hopefully be satisfied with purchasing them.

    Well--- I would purchase rubies if I could afford to but I cant. So GGE may be profiting off of this feature with the slots but it makes it harder for those of us who really can not buy the rubies. It seems that GGE has alot of ways of making money with ruby purchases in different forms in this game. I dont understand how taking the buy ruby feature from just the slots would hurt their business. Just a suggestion that is worth looking into, the person handling the books could do an analyzation in 2 parts to see if their would be a huge loss in profits. Again just a suggestion. This enquiring mind is curious to know! :)

    Well you would be surprised how much they rake in off those troop and tool slots. During war, those things are essential to keep troops flowing.

    Taking that out would be a huge cut into their revenue stream. They have to keep making events and what not to keep the revenue coming.

    Ok I will take that! But it is a good idea, they could produce revenue in another area of the game to pick up for the loss. I still think its worth looking into though. But I will accept that! Maybe one day I will be able to look back on this and be able to say my army is huge. But for now I will just keep trudging along. At least I am getting somewhere!! Said the turtle to no one ever lol

    You know, even if you do have those, they go consecutively, so you can only build one building at a time no matter what.
    I think it goes somehting like this:
    x=time of building 1, y= building 2
    x<0, build X. If x<=0, build y.

    This is true! But the recruiting slots are not consecutive.

    Yes they are. If you were recurting a swordsmand and a longbowman, you could choose witch to recurit first, the won't recruti simultanous. If you watch the tickers, only one ticks at a time.

    Think about it this way. If you were the owner of Goodgame empire, why reduce your weekly income by about 1-5% for no reason than to please your players?

    There are 5 recruiting slots! If the 3 slots that are closed were open you could recruit more men. And I have used two slots to recruit archers in both slots. Yes you would have to wait for the time to run out before the next slot starts, but you could have all the men you want to recruit on the ready. And decrease the time restraint so it goes faster. There is another way to make this more effecient and quicker, and benefit everyone.
    And as far as making money goes every good business owner who deals with customers knows the customer is alway right!!! If you want to keep the customer you have to cader to the customer. Thats how you make money!!!

    True, but you must also think that this game has 30 million+ accounts ( so maybe 20 million players) if one player quits they still have 19,999,999 players left that are still there. it wouldn't make any impact

    Yes this is true!! You are right! But I guess I still have hope that some things could change and everyone would benefit, even GGE!!

    I must admit, you make valid points in that you must wait for the troops to finish their recruitment before the next set starts. Same as the buildings, but the idea is that when these slots allow you to be on less and have an extended time before you have to come back to recruit the next few batches.
