Is it ok to attack an outpost? And is there a rule about attacking outposts?

There is no rule to stop you from doing so. If GGE allows the function, it is there for you to use.

Though many don't even go near OP. See it as "cowardly". Depends who you talk to.

Outposts are the best to hit.

If you aren't hitting an OP you're doing it wrong.

Ok so if I attack an outpost its ok because the function is there to do so. Right? Just want to be clear on this.

Well, no. But in general OP's are easier to break than mains, for lower levels at least.

What about repeat attacks is there a limit on those?

But not at high level, shiny food ops can hold far more troops than mains.

There is a cool down period between hits on players. So once again, nothing stopping you, but most do a one and done sort of thing, or they leave space between their hits on the same player/alliance to avoid claims of "bullying".

personally i think it should be 100% defense in main and the attackers are stored in the ops
how do you keep yourself alive with all those pesky rbc attacks?
p.s that looks awfully like billy sig. did you copy it?

Also one more question--- Since this is just a game and there are standards of game play that were originally established when the game was created, why then are there so many players complaining about unfair game play?
Again this is just a game, but taking game play personal seems to be the norm anymore. So why? Why all the complaints of unfair game play? Just wondering as I am seeing alot of this in the game.

There is no rule in attacking Ops, just attack at will and a couple attacks at different sites is always better than at one castle or Op.

That's not the point. My thinking is that a player will put his best Castellan on his main in Green, and the OP's would presumably have somewhat weaker equipment. Castellan Equipment is a huge part of the battle, if the defender is offline and you catch a poor castellan your chances just went way up. It doesn't apply to higher levels because they'll likely have strong castellans everywhere, or at least that would be my guess.

Sure, a shiny food can hold more than a main in green, but if that's your argument then it's really up to luck. Everyone stations their attackers and defenders in different places. You're just as likely to chose to hit my OP Juggernaut (which currently has 2000 defenders) as you are to hit my OP Fort Arch (between 1000-5000 ;) attackers). If you caught either one of them while I was offline and my alliance decided not to support me, you'd either have lost everything or won a whole lot of glory.

I don't think the original post refers to larger alliances, but for what its worth, this theory doesn't apply to big alliances. If you attack an OP in Free Kingdoms, you're going to run into 10K+ support, if you attack a main in Free Kingdoms, you're going to run into 10K+ Support. If you mass Free Kingdoms our defense troops are flying every which way anyway and the outcome would come to similar effect. Pretty much any alliance Free Kingdom's size or larger, that's what's going to happen.

If you are able to capture and then hold it for 24 hours during the waiting period, yes.
