INTERNATIONAL 3, why there is no events and why?

I want to know why in the world INT 3 doesnt have? I spent so much money buying stuff and gears. However, I just ended up nothing, I thought I could use them in other events, but There is none. I cant even find a good loot. Please I want refund. Or Restore my purchase and use it in other server.
