    Přátelé v GGS si dělají srandu....podle návodu jsem poslal reklamaci na zdrhlé jednotky a oni mi napíšou takovejhle elaborát....všechno jsem tam popsal jak psala ZOE, když mi zdrhlo 60+k vojáků, tak mi asi pár jednotek stačit nebude....ZOE pomoc!!!!

    Unfortunately we’ve had a number of issues occurring over the last few days and we were keen to keep you in the loop on what was happening. Unfortunately this will be quite a long message but we hope to cover everything in one go. If you have had a different issue please do reply to this message and let us know or we may not be able to assist.

    Downtimes on the 24th March
    On the 24th of March the Czech server suffered a downtime for an extended period. From 21:00 on the 24th until 21:00 on the 25th players were unable to log into the game or compete in the events. A compensatory package was made available to players once the game was live again including troops, tools, coins and a booster for King Eric’s challenge. Full details of the package were made available on the forums which you can access here: https://community.goodgamestudios.com/empire/cs/discussion/331221/nefunkcni-hra

    We realise that in periods of extended downtime not all losses can be covered by a global compensation. As such, if you have further concerns, please feel free to reply to this message so that our support teams may help you individually. Being that this incident has affected our European servers across all of our titles we must ask for your patience, we will be responding to and resolving all player enquiries as quickly as we’re able to.

    In order for us to analyse your case, we kindly ask you to specify the location, the type and amount of soldiers which were lost using the specific in-game names. This way we can verify your account and, consequently, reimburse the soldiers which were actually lost to the castle of your choice. If you are not entirely sure about the details, you can send us an approximation instead.

    Here is an example of how to list the troops:

    Castle in the Great Empire:
    - 100 Demon Horrors
    - 50 Royal Scout

    Extended downtimes such as these are always extremely regrettable and we look forward to resolving any issues that you had not covered by our compensation package.


    Nomad Event problems
    On the 27th we had to restart the Nomad event in order to allow all players to compete normally. Sadly, it was not possible to resolve this issue without ending the current event.

    Unfortunately after the problem was resolved and the event restarted there was still a display bug, where alliance progress was counted for individual rewards.

    This confused a lot of players as players were not getting rewards for the progress which appeared to be made. Players could still get their rewards by attacking Nomads themselves but would only be able to see their progress in the “current amount of points field” on the event overview. This bug was fixed today with the client bugfix - without downtime. So, you can enjoy fighting against Nomads without any problems from now on.

    We noticed some movements were not visible after event shutdown, but so far we can confirm that after proper movement time, those troops returned to the main castle (even if sent from an outpost), and were available for future battles. This is a fairly standard occurrence in these cases and they’re known as “ghost movements”.

    In order to enable players to catch up on lost time in this event we have provided all players with a 100% booster to Khan Tablet collection which remains active for 24 hours.


    European servers down
    As you might be aware our European servers were unreachable on the 28th of March starting from around 10:00 am CEST. The reason for this was a connection problem in the server provider centre, which we couldn’t possibly foresee and that we could not fix directly, since it’s a separate entity not directly under our control.

    During this time we have been unable to make changes to, or access player's accounts ourselves. As soon as the servers went back online we provided packages of food to all affected player's accounts, we hope that this will help to minimise desertions suffered as a consequence of this downtime.

    Of course, a global compensation will be provided to all players on the affected servers and you can find the details for this on our forums at: https://community.goodgamestudios.com/empire/cs/discussion/331502/ztracene-spojeni-se-vsemi-servery-28-3-2017

    No tak to je ale hezky napsané ani to nebudu překládat zdrhla mi převážně obrana první balíček jsem si nechal na druhý den dejme tomu se píše za zdrhlé vojsko za víkend ok beru snad i pokrilo možná mou ztrátu ale né čas na hře inu dobrá

    Ale další balíček se píše že je za problém který nastal další dny sice nic neuteklo ale nikde se nepíše že to je i za víkend a stejně pokud by přeci   jen jsem vzal i balíček o víkendu tak mi nic nepomře protože tam bylo i jídlo no a na závěr mám vlaszně omluvu jen za další dny ale za víkend stále ne takže jsem stejně okraden o omluvu za víkend formou balíčku

    chce vědět odkud a co, tak jsem mu poslal soupis s tím, že jsem velkorysý a chci jenom obranu, berseky a kopinice :D

    To jsou fofry, obratem mi napsal Greg, a že prej by mi to jako vrátili, ale odečtou těch 11k za 2 omluvný balíčky, tak si mám napsat který vojáky nechci vrátit...prostě hokynáři, pokud rozmazat lejno, tak ve vší parádě a až do konce :-)BTW ten první balíček jsem si kvůli výpadku nestačil vybrat

    Tak tedy ještěže jsem nikomu nepsal, by mi ještě vojáky odečetli a nevím, po kolika akcích bych se pak s děsy a škleby dostal alespoň na nulu :D

    Mě ti uk.rvení fašouni napsali to samé.
    Díky té středeční červí díře, sem ani nevyzvedl ten první balíček kompenzací. A prej v mojem případě ( ztráta skoro 12k jednotek) Byla kompenzace adekvátní.

    Vůbec sem si nevšiml, že by mi dali obranu v kompenzaci.

    I ikdyby ne ty kompenzace byli snad za nefunkční hru ne? Když je dostali i ti nejvěčí manťácui na hře.

    Už opravdu nevím co si o těch germánech mám myslet.
    Celkově de vidět do jaké prdele stahujou tu evropu s sebou.
