"Happy Hound" Avatar - Thankyou Email, Not Received

HI Everyone,
We would like a list of players that did not receive the thankyou email to their "live" farm account, which contained a voucher code for the Happy Hound avatar, so that we can investigate the matter further.
If you created a farm on the Test Server, using the same email address that is on your live farm & you did not receive the Happy Hound email, please post on this thread including the name & server for your live farm & the name on your test farm (if it is different).

I do not receive the WELCOME GIFT.
I have changed email adress 2 years ago by email support
and I have lost previous email adress.
The present mail address should be registered then.
Still is it necessary to register with getting WELCOME GIFT?

I didn't receive the Happy Hound voucher either. The emails for welcome gifts for the testserver (in the first week) arrived without a problem as did the confirmation for bying gold. Nothing in my spam folder either. I, too, am using gmail and have never had a problem with emails from GGS.
