Event finishing message - Never had the event

Today I logged in Big farm, and a it appeard a pop-up message indicating that I have not won an event.
The problem is that it never appeared as available on my farm.

    It's possible that you have reached the level that allows you to unlock the event just before it ended?

    At these time I was level 29 or less.
    Do you know at what level is this event unloked?

    My level was bigger than 14 at these time.
