What would you like to know?
a very important month in our Year is december.
of course there is Christmas
childs get there presents on the 24th december in the evening.
Many familys have a fir/chistmas tree in their living rooms in december.
for the first 24 days (so its before christmas) of december there is a calenda called "Advents-Calendar".
Maybe you know them. Its a calendar with 24 boxes. in every box is a little thing. That depends on witch calendar you have. (it could be chocolate,..)
Every day betwenn 1st and 24th december you open one part.
And on 31st december is sylvetser.
There are fireworks and wondecandles and so on...
You say "goodbye" to the old Year and "hello" to the new year!
Many families have also teir one traditions.

Christmas: Weihnachten
Tree: Baum
Present: Geschenk
Advent: Advent
Candle: Kerze
Cookies: Kekse/ Plätzchen
Chocolate: Schokolade

Sylvester: Sylvester => Same Spelling, very similar pronunciation
