[QUESTION] Can't rotate items and move them once placed

I just now created a farm on the test server.  

  1.  When it was time to place the mill - thought the rotation icon appeared, clicking it was useless.  I had no choice but to place it in the initial position.  

2. When it was time to create a field, I WAS ABLE to rotate it prior to placement.

3.  Once the tutorial was completed, I wanted to now rotate the mill, but there is no icon available to rotate or move ANY of the items.

AM I overlooking somethings or is there an actual  bug?

    @Grace (TEST-SERVER1) When you are in layout mode (by clicking the button next to your build menu) you will see 2 buttons appear at the top of the screen each time that you click on a building to select it. You can also use the left/right arrow buttons on your keyboard to rotate a selected building.

    Ok, yes, thank you.  That helps so that I can now move the items.
