[Suggestion] Tool boxes

A suggestion to help upgrading the garage:

we received a package with twice the experience points and shorter times for building and production. This allowd us to level up and reach the levels required for gourmet and flower farm faster.. It was an excellent idea !

If we could have an increased drop rate for tool boxes, or even a special package containing tool boxes, this would allow us to start building the machines in the garage much sooner

It might take quite some time to collect 50 tool boxes to build level 1 of each of the tractors  otherwise

    I agree with this suggestion.  Toolboxes are scarce enough on the live farm - and that's okay because we're not trying to get something built quickly so that it can be tested.   But here on the Test farm, we can't test something if we can't get it built, and those initial toolbox requirements are pretty high.  An increased drop rate on toolboxes for a while would help out a good bit.
