Cooperative menus dissapear

I can't see full cooperative menu when I go through cooperative tree:

 

This problem happened today.

Steps

1)    I create a cooperative

2)    I accept 2 members

3)    I go to cooperative tree in order to see other members.

It happens every time, when I try.

But I can see full cooperative menus when I access from “multi-player options”
