Thank you for your message regarding the difficulties you’ve recently had with your account.
It appears that George has unfortunately severed some important wires when ploughing one of his fields. The result of this was a short down time on the 22nd of November where the game was not available. After this some players also experienced difficulties logging in or had lag on their farms!
Obviously this is not the kind of pleasant gaming experience we wish to provide to our players and we have been working tirelessly to resolve this issue since it began. We’re happy to inform you that all issues should now be resolved and we look forward to seeing you back on your farms again soon. If you still cannot log in you should simply clear your cache and cookies in order to get back online.
We’d like to take this opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience which has been caused to you due to the issues we experienced. A reputation booster has been added to your accounts to allow you to make up some of the time you lost in the Cooperative Tournament.
