FarmerTeresa (GB1)
I've tried at least 10 times to buy an olive. I have 159 olives and I need 160 to make olive oil. I don't particularly want to wait hours for my next crop to ripen so I want to buy one single olive for 900 dollars.
The option is there, the button isn't greyed out, I have the dollars, but every time I click on buy, nothing happens.
Is there a reason for this?

I registered for the Global Points event (I'm on level 144 so from what I've read above maybe I should have left it this time around) but I can't understand it. I tried to donate things but I just keep getting an error message every time. Is there a problem with the event or am I doing something wrong.

I'm not really sure what the upgrade is, but maybe that's because I haven't yet got enough obsidian to do the research. I noticed the coop village has suddenly got some ploughed fields. Is that anything to do with the upgrade?

I have mixed feelings about the quest book. Scrolling down the menu was a bit annoying if you had a lot of quests lined up, but not TOO annoying. I'll definitely keep the flower farm lab as it's useful in the wedding planner events for getting extra invites and napkins. I'm not sure about the other two though.

Oh dear. I spent nearly all my dollars upgrading the farmhouse to level 10 but it seems I need 65,000 obsidian to go any further. Don't you need diamonds as well? That was my impression. You need to upgrade to level ten and do some research to be allowed to upgrade, but the upgrade itself costs diamonds.

Are you at quite a low level? The event farms are very difficult at first. Once you get to higher levels on the main farm you earn more dollars and can exchange them for island dollars or whatever. I'm over level 100 now and it's much easier.

It's pretty useless, but also quite pretty so a nice addition to the farm with no harm done.

What is multifarming? I can't imagine wanting to do it but I'd better know in case I accidentally do it and get banned - or arrested.

I agree, but I would go further. Remove the seeds option altogether and replace it with something else (something useful that we can't make any other way).
