    Of course not all staff are gone yet. However they have to focus on servers that are currently down first.

    We will get all of the issues sorted out as soon possible, however I don't wanna make any promises that we will be able to fix all glitches today. ;)

    Sylk, Now in the other thread, they only have half staff. Well im sure the other half have a phone. Dial it up. Get the problem fixed. This is not a small issue. Its a major glitch. They couldn't have been too far away from work.

    Was there some resetting done again or am I just going nuts?
    I have some products that I know I sold before (almond muffins, apple turnovers). And I swear I watered my tree twice since all this updating started.
    Then again, all else looks good so far. :S

    I haven't been able to get in for about 3hrs now. If the people doing the work were planning to go home at 5pm sharp, you have to wonder why they started an upgrade they didn't have time to finish, and support, by then.

    HOLY MOLY, whatever you did on my server totally took out ALL my tractors, my flag and the island bank with all the $$$ in that account. cant produce anything on island with no $$ and bank is frozen !!! WHAT????

    What is the cool down period for? Before we can re activate them or what?

    That is my understanding of it. I haven't activated mine yet, but another in my co-op has, and she enjoyed the benefits it gave when she played her first mission with it going too!

    Wow so i would so upgrade completely then activate. Since the cool down gets shorter.

    Don't count the chickens before they hatch. Some people have problems, some don't. A handful have issues in our co op and a handful don't.

    Anybody else unable to start missions? That's a bug I never encountered or heard of before, but it's been "searching" for 30 min now.

    And how long does the second upgrade of the first new machine take? Step 1 was only 10 min but I don't want to wait a few hours and it doesn't list the time anywhere?

    I'm always very positive!! Happy to see I didn't miss any dollars or buildings. But I also have the same glitch as Maggitilda2 says. Thats not a big thing though, I only hope the server won't go down again tonight. Would like to play now.

    Two days ago happened to me also, refresh & it will fix.

    US1 server has several glitches. I can not do anything in the Island farm as all my money is gone! I can't get any from the bank either as it doesn't work and it's a level 4. This is really, really getting tiresome GGS. I'd appreciate getting my money back, and maybe you should think about restarting the island farm completely over since we are losing everything we have anyway. You always tell us to be patient, well, it's getting tiresome being patient for you too. Is there ever going to be an update where everything doesn't end up totally screwed up? I've never ever played a game with so many problems before.
