Poem: The evil spell

THE EVIL SPELL X(


Your farm has just fallen under an evil spell,
cast by a witch that has risen from Hell!

There's a corpse in the outhouse,and bats in the mill,
and a werewolf just looking for something to kill!

Huge vultures sit waiting in all of your trees,
and the ground swarms with rats full of disease!

What begins as a trickle,turns into a flood,
as your fields wash away in a river of blood!

And no matter how hard you try to be brave,
you're no match for a creature from beyond the grave!

Then the evil spell poisons all of your water,
and your workers are helpless,like lambs to the slaughter!

Your pretty,blue tractor becomes a black hearse,
things couldn't possibly get any worse!

Then when the witch is about to chop off your head....AAAAAUUGGHH!!!!!
you wake up from your nightmare and wet your bed!

    Thanks,ezio. This might sound strange,but when I want to give a poem a good ending,I write that verse FIRST.
    Then I start at the beginning and work towards that ending. Give it a try,it should work for you,too. Have a great Halloween! Hope you get lots of candy! HA! HA! HA!

    Hmm good tip. I'll definitely try it out next time I write a poem Thanks John :) That being said it is hard to imagine wetting your bed before a bad dream :D
