Official announcement about problems with the Cooperative Event of Hard Workers
Dear Community,
Firstly we would like to apologise for the unforeseen issues experienced over the last few days connected to the Halloween and Co-op Hard Work events. Various issues arose over the weekend with both events and then further reports about rewards have been submitted today. The team is working hard at sorting through the issues, making repairs and coming to a solution for you all. Due to the appearance of multiple issues, which did not appear during our testing, it will take a little time before we have enough information to communicate next steps. We understand you are eager to know more and we are committed to providing you with more details as soon as they are available.
Second, we would like to say a big thank you to our moderator teams on all of the various forums. They have been, and continue to be, our eyes and ears in the community. Despite suffering from the same issues in the game as you all have, they have done a great job of reporting those issues and seeking the available answers to your questions.

まず、ここ数日の間に「組合の働き者イベント」と「ハロウィンイベント」で発生していた不具合において、ファーマーの皆様には多大なご迷惑をおかけしましたこと心よりお詫び申し上げます。
週末にかけて両イベントにおいて多くの不具合が生じていた上に、イベント終了時に一部の組合への報酬が追加されていないのもすでに確認をしております。現在、開発・QAチーム共に問題を整理し、鋭意修正をすすめさせて頂いております。テスト時には確認されていない不具合が複数特定されていることから、実際の対応に関する情報をお伝えするために、多少お時間を頂きますことご理解いただけますと幸いです。皆様が対応をお待ちであることを理解し、できる限り早急に詳細をお伝えできるよう努めさせて頂きます。
また、ファーマーの皆さんと同様にゲーム内の不具合の影響にあいながらも、私たちの耳と目になり、各フォーラムからの情報を報告し、コミュニティーへの情報伝達と回答に奔走してくれている各国のフォーラムモデレーターたちに感謝を申し上げます。
