I agree, as a new player of less than a month, I had a lot of questions about the island farm & horses. I used internet searches and boards for help as well as asking fellow co-op members anything I needed to know. It would be much easier to just have a FAQ like Iron Grace mentioned. :) -

about the only real good answer I can come up with as to why I like the market now that its all leveled up is that it adds a nice splash of color to somewhat pretty bland looking farms that we had before, unless of course you have some Island Farm buildings that add color to things -

I was excited about the horse ranch..WHY? You spend time and money on the Island farm to earn horseshoes Train your horses Create one foal and your two previous horses have gone My point is when is the ranch going to make dollars? At the moment it is just draining resources for no real return (just more loss). -
Re: event decorations?
They are from the Orphanage Charity Drive event, where you donate farm dollars & the amount you donate determines which telescope you get & how much happiness it is worth. Its not been around for a long time, it stopped around the time the Island events started, but we don`t know if its gone for good or not. -
Re: Greenhouse Gold Upgrades - Worth it or not?
With the greenhouse, it is a waste to upgrade because of the island farm, that is only temporary and most people run out of items within a week after the farm is gone, On the other hand if you want a nice looking green house, go ahead, spend your money on it instead of where it really matters -
Re: Suggestion: Decorations!
It's part of the challenge to have good happiness with the decoration sizes you get, and to fit in as many as possible with as little free spaces between them. When I don't have themed decorations out like the christmas tree, I don't have any waste space on my farms, not included the island farm though. -
Is a 4th farm coming?
I hope so. I see soo many high level farmers talking about how they have all this money and nothing to do with it...and no longer have a need for xp's because there is nowhere to go by gaining them. This is not a issue for me and many others who have not completed all 3 farms just yet, but i have to admit it's something on… -

@"ezboorman (GB1)" The next temporary farm will be a Viking island, so it will be at least a month until the shell trader returns :( You will either have to play the Viking island and use runestones to buy seeds, or have Barnacle's ship sit waiting in your harbour for 6 hours every time :( You can still get some seeds… -

if you are a competitive CC player or weekly. have you considered how much gold or seaweed it could save you? a level 2 pig gives 2k pigs. for me that is 20 bags of seaweed well using the tractor. so may not be worth it in farm dollars but i think so in seaweed and gold. especially if you like doing level 7 speed rounds.…
