Mjup, agree with the two posts above. If somebody wants to leave my co-op in pursuit of something better, I would (figuratively speaking) make a nice basket of food, saddle my best horse and wish them a nice trip. Basically it ranks your co op to others. You'll have to decide as a group if the co op ranking mean any thing to yous as a group or not.
