Where is this trainer? I don't see anything on my horse farm and what about that ice cream truck that is supposed to show up on the horse farm I read about too? I do have the reduced horseshoes and training time timer on my Horse Farm but that is all I see. -

Something to note is that training slows down DRASTICALLY above Level 70. I'm not convinced that, above Level 80, you're not better off by just brute forcing the training of that one horse instead of trying to breed up a comparable breeding partner for it. It seems to take just as long to breed up a second Level 80 horse… -
