I too have lost gold AGAIN. This time almost 1000. I reported to support the first time-back in March. Nothing but "canned" answers from them. Popeye said he would look into it for me. That was back on May 26. Still nothing. No sense reporting this because it doesn't do any good. I will NEVER buy any gold!! Seems like this is a very common problem, but support isn't interested in helping us out on this.
