  • Am I the only one who found the Festival event decidedly UNfair?! The first 5 tasks were bad enough but I got to the 6th task with 36 hours left to play (had to use gold to get there that soon). I am level 47 and had to collect 1280 fireflies. Problem was, the game seemed to be extremely stingey at handing any out.…
  • If you want to see your own farm in grid form, click on the white arrow at the bottom that looks like a cursor. 2 boxes pop up. The bottom one has arrows in all 4 directions (which is the symbol for moving things) and if you click on it your whole farm is shown on a grid.
  • Aha! You found the exact reason I grow so many sugar beets! Sugar and apple pie. I don't sell the beets alone. (I did level up the restaurant to get the better recipies.) Don't have room or workers (not to mention houses and decorations for them!) for an almond orchard yet, so no marzipan ice cream. And I do grow tomatoes…
  • I know very little about the workings in a computer. I just use the stuff it does (play games, send emails, edit & store photos, listen to music, use the Office products, etc.) without really understanding most of the technical stuff. (Give me a break, I'm 60!) Windows 8 comes with the latest version (11.6.602.180) of…
  • With all of the above being said, and admitting that the game is both fun and addicting, keep the following in mind. This game, as with all "free" MMO games, is really all about making money for the developers. Human beings are very impatient creatures and this game works very slowly. So it's all about what you can do if…
  • So send messages to your coop members and let them know you're unhappy with them & they should let you know if they expect not to log in for a couple (or a few) days. If they don't improve, you can kick them out of your coop you know!
  • Pros: 1. it's cute 2. has some new interesting stuff at just about the time the same-old, same-old is getting a touch boring on your first farm. 3. Generates extra income. 4. Get slightly better goodies from mystery bags. Cons: 1. Compared to your first farm, each building, upgrade or activity on the gourmet farm: uses…
  • Sorry to pop your bubble, but it just doesn't happen. Last week, in the middle of the Easter egg challenge, my computer crashed and died. I went out and bought a brand new HP all-in-one desktop, with all the bells and whistles, even loaded with Windows 8 (which I hate!). So fast you don't "surf" the internet, you "fly" it!…
  • And what does a transporter do?
  • No, slot 11 became available (unlocked) when I reached level 34. I already had slot 10, which had become available (unlocked) at an earlier level, level 32 if I remember right. Flowerbeds are worth very little in happiness, which is why they take so little time to build. If you kept your old farm, you would keep all the…
  • The only way to expand is to pay for it. Buy gold, or just work your farm (plant, produce and sell) until you have earned enough to pay what you need.
  • You may have some of this already, but you don't seem to have any of the levels needed to buy the slots for gold so I'll just give you what I have for the slots I need next. Main farm: Slot 18 is available at level 40 (I just double checked because it's different from what you have) for $1,080,000 farm dollars or at level…
  • Where is everyone getting their information on the good deed donation? What the prize is and all. Also, does anyone know when this event is actually supposed to start?
  • I am new to this game & don't even have a water tower yet. After reading about the increased prices to upgrade it though, I'm not sure if I even want to continue playing. If the water tower is so powerful, and I will have to buy tons of gold to afford upgrades (which I can't do), that means that I'll never be able to…
