I run my bakery almost the same way. I do keep a surplus. That way when an event runs and they want my apples or whatever from me I'll have some stashed away.

I took a peek at your farm. I don't see why you wouldn't have enough poop to make the fertilizer you need. It could be the amount of time you spend playing. If you spend a lot of hours a day on the farm, you could need more animals that poop faster. Pigs and chickens instead of cows. I would lean more towards the pigs. I…
