Splendid idea! I can't even put into words the benefit of moving the furniture around (action/tool bars) whenever I'm 'Hoovering' my horse ranch hunting down those damn renegade squash!(... and I just cleaned the place yesterday)

I fell into the same mistake GrammaAtDaycare from the 'Hint' on the left which suggests choosing a specific zodiac sign. There is a cash option but you have to let the wheel randomly choose which zodiac sign will be boosted - for $100K cash. Only use the gold when you want a specific zodiac chip. Also, if you decide to…

Not sure when this change was made but I really like the updated version of the harvest icons where only one icon is displayed (with total harvested number). This is much better than the previous 'donut effect' where so many icons appeared that it overlapped into a giant circle - with no way to tell the total number of…

Why weren't the three friendship decos available out of all of the ones that were? Multicolored Teepee; quality 4, 45 Animal Chessboard; quality 5; 75 Symbol of Friendship; quality 6; 86 Your announcement, quoted in part above, certainly gave the impression that we should scan through our deco…

The top (blue) 24 co-ops in this list aren't automatically the ones who will win the Ice Palace - or am I just more confused? After all, my co-op is also being displayed with our snowflake totals even though we're not eligible to win the Ice Palace (since we didn't achieve the Ice Castle deco). Every co-op who…

Absolutely love Rudolph's Advent calendar - what an unexpected treat. It's interactive, it's easy (what with all the other stuff going on), and it changes daily. Great idea to use a book theme that allows us to flip forward & backward to see our progress (& the lovely graphics). I get all my farm chores done when I first…

Thanks so much for the changes to the exclamation marks. They will go from something annoying & pointless to something meaningful & helpful - always a desirable result. ;) The kiosk idea doesn't really help. (maybe for that last few items if you were really, really close to 100%) The flaw in the All or Nothing rule can't…

CM Popeye said: Whenever I've been out from work for a bit, it is always hectic when I get back - trying to catch up on everything that I've missed & all the messages that pile up. I'm gonna assume that is what's behind the message above. I've been critical of those who use angry negative to make unwarranted personal…

When you try to help donate to your teammates list, it substitutes the items your teammate had to donate (say milk or eggs) for items from your Santa's List (in my case, lavender oil or summer bouquets). Since these are items I'm already in short supply of (because I completed my list & then some), it really limits how…

Observation: Single point of failure? Walking this process out (if I understand it correctly) there is 'single point of failure' in this event. * Every Wish List that is started must be completed 100% w/in the week before the deco's quality level will increase * If even one member who started a Wish List fails to achieve…

I love our farm dogs & love to give 'em belly rubs. Can our cats be interactive too? Could we switch our mouse arrow to a red laser & have our cats chase the red spot all over the farm??? Please, please, please.....? PRETTY PLEASE??? That's practically a whole new game! On a related topic, I learned a new word the other…

I was WONDERING what the presents were doing! Thanks CoolYoungtd. The Santa Hats are on the tiny caricatures of the graphic artists at GGS. They're always hidden in the scenery on the island farms. This time they are dressed in more festive attire. Also, I noticed the cave critter has a littlun (or a relative of…

For our co-op, Last Chance Sunday seems to be about topping off those members who are already 80% or more complete. We just can't donate the numbers needed to complete orders that haven't progressed very far. Nor do we want to empty our barns of bakery / flower shop / distillery inventory right before a new, more…

The Green Thumb (US1) said: Green Thumb - I can't tell if you are trying to be angry, sarcastic w/ clever wording or funny, deep w/ a spiritual observation. Either way, I disagree. We ARE what we DO. (If we farm, we are farmers; if we sing, we are singers) Are actions (what we do & what we say) are the most honest/truthful…

So if our co-op isn't in 1st place and/or we're not a member of your co-op, that makes the rest of us fools? Mentioning your co-op by name was a presumptive mistake equaled by your own presumptive reply.

I'm w/ TiggerGirl77 - I'm still confused on this issue. I hope Dixie Daisy is correct but when I read the announcement I don't see where this is clearly stated. It can make a big difference to the strategy each farmer can use. Is it all or nothing for my 7 requested items in week 1. If I can't complete 1 or more of those…

LMBO!!!!!! Wow, I hope newborn babies & puppies get a little more time before being sentenced to a life of rejection... Helpful criticism requires specific examples of what isn't working. One has to try something for a bit before one has gained the experience to even determine if something isn't working. Let us at least…

I love the seasonal change the snow creates - looks like an early autumn snowstorm has hit my farms. Brrrrrr, I can feel the chill in the air. Now when I set my Magical Winter Tree out on the farm, it will fit right in w/ the season. (good thing I've got a hot spring to soak in!) Nicely done, GGS
