I too have lost gold AGAIN. This time almost 1000. I reported to support the first time-back in March. Nothing but "canned" answers from them. Popeye said he would look into it for me. That was back on May 26. Still nothing. No sense reporting this because it doesn't do any good. I will NEVER buy any gold!! Seems like this is a very common problem, but support isn't interested in helping us out on this.

I'm having a problem with my bakery also. When I'm in the bakery and trying to ship an item in I click on the item I want to ship. That item is highlighted in yellow. Since I had to demolish and then pay to rebuild the field. I think I should be given my original field back again. If I don't get the original field replaced, I will not do any more on this farm.

Is anyone else having trouble with this farm? I was able to exchange $$, but can't plant the flax or anything else.

I have restarted my computer and still couldn't plant crops. I was able to build another field. I don't think I'll go any farther because I will have to exchange more $$ in order to upgrade the house so I will have the needed workers.

It hasn't happened today and by the time I figure how do do a screenshot, the ad will be gone.

On Sept. 12 my credit card was charged for a gold package which I purchased so that I could play ad free for 60 days. Both yesterday and today, I'm getting ads on my game. It happens sometimes when I log in and sometimes when I switch from farm to farm. What good was buying the gold? This seems to be a scam if you ask me.

I just started the flower farm after getting your message, but I still can't fish for the bluefish. I found the jetty, but when I try to fish, I don't find bluefish as an option. Thanks for you help though.

After going back to see what I purchased, I realized it was for a themed cow shed, so it wouldn't work on my main farm. Thanks so much for all your help and comments. I really appreciate it.

I lost over 2000 gold back in March. I reported it to support and after a month I received a "canned answer" from support asking if I was still having problems with my issue. I responded that I was still missing my gold. That was the beginning of April....I'm still waiting for an answer and the return of my gold.
