I'm rich enough to sell the excess chuck feed at a loss ;) - it's only a small loss tho and compared with the profit I make on the honey cream it pales into insignificance.

There's a strange drop rate on the apple orchard - out of 31 harvests I have got 20 cranes 3 times and 4 cranes 4 times. So I get 20 cranes more often than 4. Has it always been like this ?

It's all about milling corn and keeping the mill working permanently. If you can't grow enough, then buy it.

It took me the same amount of time as it normally does on both my farms. I played one on difficulty level 4 and the other on level 3 and finished both on Saturday - 2 days early. I bought most of the apples to donate as I'm tired of spending too much time on BF.

Milling chicken feed gives the highest XP per hour. Then pig feed then cow feed. This is also the order of profitability - in Big Farm the most intensive tasks - those which require you to do anything frequently - are the most profitable both in $ and XP.
