If you can't beat 'em, join 'em! I will use a small amount of gold if I need an extra boost, but if a player starts using tons of gold, I laugh at them too and let them go. Remember folks, this game doesn't program itself - there are no advertisements here. The only thing supporting all of this programming and server space…

Thanks Rhon, please do delete the last few posts. It is just nonsense. Thanks!

I'm honored to have received your first post CAMAURI but I don't understand your point. (edit by rhon: oops I was deleting the post as you were posting)

How often do the 50% sales run? I want to get some more gold, but I'd like to hold out for another 50% sale.

There is an element of luck involved in getting the right coop members, but don't absolve yourself of all of the blame. Ask yourself if you are a good leader... Does your coop feel like a team? Are your members motivated to work hard for you? Do you acknowledge their contributions and let them know you appreciate them?

I agree - I fell for this too.

The latest update changed the "Gift" screen to "Drop Box" to avoid this confusion. The announcement of the next update hints at potentially doing good deeds for your neighbors, so you may get your wish after all!

I second this!

That's a great thought and very generous of you, but it is not possible at this time. Perhaps you could send each an in-game email and tell them how much you appreciate them.

Grow the rose seeds in the highest level field you can - and make sure you use your hummus to maximize the yield! If your fields are only level 1 or 2, I would suggest waiting until you have at least a level 3 field, level 4 or 5 would be even better.

If you look at it strictly from a numbers perspective, most things, if not all, in the game are not worth it. The reason why coops need to do research is not only from the benefit - no matter how long it takes to pay for itself - but also to unite the group and to make the coop more attractive to new members. The members…

I agree, $350k is a cheap upgrade! I've been saving for weeks to get the next windmill upgrade at $1 million!

Spend a few days saving up for it. Enjoy the game and take pride in working hard to get what you need. I believe that the developer's intent is to keep the game difficult to keep you challenged. The prices go up as you level up because you can afford more. If they kept the prices the same while you get better and better at…

I have 7 bees - I found 3 of them growing wheat and 4 growing cabbage. I spent most of my time growing corn and wildflowers yesterday (I entered the one hour wildflower mission) and found NONE with the shorter crops. I have to agree with the player above who said that they appear most often with cabbage.

Here is what I ended up sending. You will, of course, need to customize it to the research you are working on: "From the Coop Window: Click on far right tab (beaker). Choose "Cooperative" from the drop down menu. Click on middle item on the left (three people) - box on the right now says "Recruitments (Level 4)". Click…

Thank you for your quick response. This is close, but not quite what I was looking for. It's a good overview, but not a short step-by-step. If I don't get one, I'll work on it tomorrow and will post what I send.

Good point! In this case the field has workers assigned to it. If it had not, then you are correct, I would need to assign workers before I could demo it - and to do that, I would need to build or upgrade my housing. Thank you everyone!
-
Exactly what I needed to know! Thank you!

Then you need more animals... add another chicken coop.

It's not as bad as you think - remember each fertilizer is 10, so they are asking you to donate 10 batches of fertilizer.
