I understand that there was a reference made to your fellow co-op member and your desire to defend him or her. I actually know nothing about that and had not even read that other thread. This conversation is not just about your friend. This is about the wider topic of multi-accounting, and I for one have found this…

I believe the moderator was in error calling this a "vendetta" when at no point do I recall the offending player being named, and the subject has clearly been about the rules and not the individual player. Multi-accounting is against the rules of the game and that point has been well covered above. Another point that might…

Read and enjoyed!

I know what you mean, Ladygrail. I'm not a marketing expert, but I wonder if the multiple pop-ups actually reduce the chances that people will buy gold. For instance, me, I'll actually read one pop-up offer. Maybe two. But when I have a bunch of pop-ups, I just click click click to get through them. Ergo, I'm less likely…

Yes, I like this idea a lot. Don't know what I can do about it other than make the suggestion again.

They also produce poop for your silo. But maybe you can keep fewer pigs and make room for something else. It would take a little bit longer to fulfill the occasional tasks requiring pigs and the Asian event, is all. I've thought about reducing my pig barns to three instead of four and doing more milk instead...

I assume all these new things (some kind of greenhouse south of my farm as well --......herb facility maybe? -- and what I'm guessing is a dock for fishing boats) are going to be turned on sometime soon. Would love a preview of what the stuff will do. Edit by Farmer Tess: We wont go there this time ok :)

Just to be clear, what I meant was, I gifted someone's field, saw it light up with those yummy little stars, but when I checked back a few minutes later, it wasn't anymore.

Anyone else have their mine disappear? Just logged in and mine is gone!

I'm an occasional gold buyer, but I don't think I've ever used any gold for the architect. Luckily for me, the architect consistently shows up in the morning my time. So I've gotten in the habit of doing upgrades in the afternoon or evening, and so I've been able to take advantage of the architect almost every time without…

I'm inclined to give it a chance, I'm just wondering what the formula is. On the last two projects, I worked really hard and I'm at 4. Goodness, what would I have to do for five? I dunno. But it's new, so I'll wait and see.

Very interesting discussion -- about the project, the problems with missions, and co-op management. I'm sad, but not outraged, about the loss of the rep points requirement in the project. My co-op did not run it often, but when we did chat was much more lively, with people exchanging information and encouragement. I'm not…

I guess the big reveal is: you can't please everybody. I can understand the initial feeling of, "Hey! What's up with my weany looking orchards??" but I'm surprised by the vehemence some are expressing about it. I'm just building them back up. And I like having something to build (I'm running out of stuff). I'm working on…

Yes, it is at level 5 that you can train your dog to do the 'find treasure' trick, and after that it will occasionally 'find' things for you. So far, I've only gotten one payoff from the doghouse: 20 cabbage.
-
First treasure my dog, Bedlam, dug up was 20 cabbage. Not bad. What kind of treasure are folks getting from their dogs?

The cynical answer to this is that it is bad for business if we get collection items from our other farms, i.e. less likely that people will spend gold to obtain collection items so their co-ops can do projects. ;-)
-
I am also saddened that players can't trade of gift products to each other. (On the "Empire" game you could do that.)
-
It will sow the last seed you planted. So if you want to plant the same seed in all your fields, this will allow you to do that much more quickly. Just be careful. I have a co-op member who accidentally clicked it and planted wheat when he didn't want to. That hasn't happened to me, though. I really like it. Less clicking…

Yep, Larino is right. In our co-op, it's a real problem because it takes so long for one person to collect the individual collection items, and we are stuck on either doing the same couple of low-level projects constantly, or waiting a very long time to collect the items necessary for the more advanced projects. What ends…

Ouch, it's happened to me more than once, too. Especially when playing on my laptop. :-(
