Yes, I understand that. But I had 2-1/2 minutes left after I planted WF. The timer counted down and was finished before my WF were ready to harvest. THAT should not happen.

Yes, it seems to be doing this irregularity. Time jumping down for reasons other then described im my post. :) As I watched both timers repeatedly, each displayed a different value shortly after harvest, and it seemingly took some time for them to reach equal level. :)

Edit: Mine now jumped from about 8 mins to zero on level 7 productivity. :)
So, my next box is for cabbage. But I am not playing this farm frenzy mess any more. If I harvest cabbage will it start it up again?

Edit 2: Yes, if you harvest whatever is in your first box (cabbage in your case now), it will start the machine. You just leave it going as long as it has cabage, then it stops. No need to do anything if you don't want to.

From 8 -->9 on apples requires 25000 apples, is it a bug or is it just insane?

Does it mean 'reach ... at the end of the event'?

Yes, Natashoek8, it means you need to have reached the top 5 by the end of the event.
It unfortunately doesn't suffice to just get to this rank once within the event. ;)

I'll have a short chat with the balancers. Stages 9 and 10 are supposed to be hard to reach, that is intended. I will rather get the number confirmed anyway, though, because it seems fairly high.

ryn51422, this is a small display error in the reward confirmation window. All previews should show it just fine. You may even go back some pages in the reward section of the event menu to check it again.

    A small display error?
well... 0 is nothing, and 00 is also nothing... but in my eyes theres a big difference between 2 and 200 = a big display error.

So far, I find this event pleasant. It seems like a nice addition to our rotation of other events.

Since you can only store up to 100 tools, it seems fairly obvious that 200 was an error.

But if you receive tools as a reward, it will go over the 100 mark.

This Hard Worker event started out a kind of interesting, but now I've got Barley on a 10 hour timer and 3 hour crop I've totally lost all interest in it.

There is a vast difference between 2 and 200, this is not a SMALL display error

I have noticed this conundrum as well. It is a 2 day event, and you might only get a shot at 2 or 3 different products, if you factor in any sleep whatsoever. Perhaps the event should be longer.

Another funny thing is, that the timer adding score is not synchronised with count down timer. While count down is correctly by second, the score is more like 2 to 3 seconds, resulting in points per second info being incorrect by about 50 to 70 % lower then anounced.

All those timers issues should be fixed as atm. timers are unpredictable and unreliable.

I'll go with you on this one. This event should better be limited to short, maybe up to mid time crops/products.

EDIT: I changed my mind here. I think it's ok as it is, even with longer crops, providing nice variation between intense and relaxed.

It is an error, but it is so clearly one, that it should be obvious. There are things I am willing to "beat up" GGS over. This "typo" would not be one of those.

Ok, BEYOND confused by this. AGAIN. Nothing new. I should say nothing new on this game EVER WORKS!!!!!

So I need corn. I plant corn, go fiddle around on my candy farm, all of a sudden I won an award. Great. For what exactly I have no idea but ok, hand me free stuff.

Another of my three farms I have to do corn. Plant special seeds, come back in an hour, now it wants flowers. WTH????? And again I keep "winning awards" for who knows what? I haven't planted flowers and haven't harvested the corn.

I see a slot for milk. Well swell. Already harvested and reset the cows. Will it still be there some six hours from now? The corn request didn't last that long.

There are three slots. So can we work on ALL THREE at the same time? Or just the one under the funnel thing?

Again, GG comes up with something that makes absolutely NO SENSE.
And again, I think I'll just ignore it. Seem to win stuff without even paying attention.
(And it's darn annoying to have that pop up when I'm TRYING TO DO SOMETHING ELSE ON ANOTHER FARM EVEN.)

Why oh why don't you people put together a batch of beta testers to try this out
BEFORE YOU ROLL OUT BROKEN STUFF? Find out where the confusion, and math errors are FIRST!

Yup, this will be just as ignored as the horses, and now the island. Since my only reward for that is seeds and in turn horse shoes which have no use to me at all.

I just got the numbers confirmed. They are indeed as high as intended, since maintaining stage 9 is supposed to be a challenge. :)

Where exactly am I supposed to hover to see the timer on the current product? I can't find it anywhere. Not sure if it's my own fault or a bug.

    Hello everybody,

later today, there will be a short maintenance in order to tackle the following issues:

    • No pain, no gain - players between level 41 and 45 were already asked to harvest Yasmine although Yasmine is only available at a later level
    • No pain, no gain - Toolboxes were sometimes not credited properly in the level range between level 17 and 26.
    • No pain, no gain - Timers in the event overview did not match timers shown when harvesting one of the requested goods.

As soon as we have more information on the time of maintenance start, we will let you know.

    Regards,
    your Big Farm Team

Please thank the devs for recognizing the errors that are happening, and acting quickly to correct them. HOWEVER, I would like to suggest that it is IMPERATIVE that regardless of how soon they are ready to implement these bug fixes, it SHOULD NOT be attempted until the Candy Farm is complete. With just under 6 hours left on the CF, most players will be attempting to wrap up final levels, sell products at full rate, and/or demo their farm. Updates and bug fixes occasionally go wrong and result in servers being down for longer than planned. Stealing more time from the Candy Farm event will certainly raise the ire of many in the community; even a successfully short downtime could be very detrimental to a great many people.

Yea I'm stuck with milk for SIX hours.

BTW does it count gourmet farm stuff? I MIGHT have a shot then.

Glad they will be working on it. I still only wish they would iron out these things before making it global.

Can't you ask for a handfull of loyal players to test things out? Maybe pay for their time with a bit of gold?
Get some solid feedback, fix the bugs, THEN try it on the rest of the world? You might not lose as many people this way.

This must be the most useless event I have seen with totally worthless prizes and I have already given up but it's funny to see the golders going for it so well done GGS for seeing something in it that I don't.

Artmaker, appart from a bit bugged timers, which will hopefully be fixed soon, this event is quite straightforward and can be enjoyable. But as with every new thing one needs to read the descriptions available in anouncement and then spend a bit of time checking how the event actually works before switching nto automation gaming mode. It's actually not the event which makes no sense ........... :)

    Good luck :)

I have no gold left to spend on it, nor would I. That said... I get free stuff by doing my farm? I don't see the down side. If you can keep the bar at 2 for 29 of the 48 hours, you will get the top prize (not the competition prize). This is not difficult, nor does it require gold. In fact, if you are a diligent daily worker, it won't even require much thought. Much like missions, only with actually prizes instead of Rep.

Now if you aren't a diligent daily worker, then yeah, you're not going to finish without actually trying. But you'll still get basically free stuff if you pay a little attention to it.

Those long taking products are good if you can get them to go during the night, unfortunately its largely down to luck what you happen to get. My skn farm has over 70 000 points and my www farm has under 30 000 "thanks" to apples.
