Candy Palace VOUCHERS Guide

Good to know if we KNOW the Voucher Payout!

I found out that for FRUITY DELIGHTS if we donate:
  • 1 candy =30 vouchers
  • 2 candies =61 vouchers (increased rate by 1 voucher)
  • 3 candies = 91 vouchers (no increase)
  • 4 candies = 122 vouchers (increased to 2 vouchers
  • 5 candies = 153 vouchers (increased to 3 vouchers... so DON'T donate anything lower..
  • 6 candies = 183 vouchers (no increase)
  • 7 candies = 214 vouchers (increased to 4)
  • 8 candies = 244 vouchers (no increase)
  • 9 candies = 275 vouchers (increased to 5)
  • 10 candies =306 vouchers would have made a difference if will yield to 307
Could we help each other and post Voucher yields here? We need each type of Candy! ;)

Special thanks to Sparkie91

    Hmmm....this is interesting. We may be better off to donate larger amounts at a time rather than smaller amounts. Unfortunately I won't have any candy available until morning but I will keep an eye on the amount of vouchers per amount of candy. I'll post here when I have some info. Thanks! :)

    Yeah, I actually donated EVERYTIME I finished producing the whole time last night! What a waste! I hope we could find out if donating 15 candies for Fruity Delights will change the stats...

    11= 336 (30)
    12= 367 (31)
    13= 397 (30)
    14= 428 (31)
    15 = 459 (31)
    16 = 489 (30)
    17 = 520 (31)
    18 = 550 (30)

    25 = 765 (31)
    26 = 795 (30)

    28 = 856 (30)
    29 = 887 (31)
    30 = 918 (31)

    I have more, but there's definitely a pattern here, one that I am too tired to see, but one of you math wizards will pick it out. (E) Found the pattern. You'll want to sell when the last number is 0, 2, 4, 5, 7, or 9. These numbers look to reward you more than the actual 30 you're given. Selling at 30.55-30.6 tickets per candy.

    I'll post the Marzipan tomorrow. I have 19 of them, so I should be able to help with that.

    Thanks! This is great help... Will be looking forward to the Marzipan output. Thanks again Lexiatel!

    It seems like donating by 5's is the way to go. ^^

    if i calculate the figueres here they all end up 30.59 ... so no differnce in the high amounts. But good thing you noticed the differnce in the small amounts! tnx

    Yeah, and that .59 adds up!

    Editing with !Marzipans!

    1 = 195
    2 = 390 (195)
    3 = 585 (195)
    4 = 781 (196)
    5 = 976 (195)

    17 = 3320 (196)
    18 = 3515 (195)
    19 = 3710 (195)
    20 = 3906 (196)

    It looks like with this candy, donate when the last digit is 0, 4, or 7.

    (edit)
    I made some calculations the other day when I first opened the farm, trying to figure out the best time/effort for ticket out come. Here's what I came up with between Fruity Delights and Marzipans:

    Everything is level 1
    Happiness was + 58% at the time
    I had 2 fields.

    Fruity Delights

    Total Cost: 1351 (907 production, 343 cherries, 32 grapes)
    Tickets Earned if Sold from Inventory: 204 (34*6)
    Tickets Earned if Donated: 183
    Progress Points: 6 (1 pp each; recipe makes 6)
    Total Time Spent: 1hr25m (25m production, 1hr cherry growing)
    Tickets Per Sugar Dollar Invested: 6.6
    Tickets Earned Per Minute if sold: 2.4
    Tickets Earned Per minute if Donated: 2.15

    Marzipan
    Total Cost: 7724 (4852 production, 2444 crushed almonds/candy almonds, 428 Sugar/Sugar Cane)
    Tickets Earned if Sold from Inventory: 1085(6*217)
    Tickets Earned if Donated: 967
    Progress Points: 30 (6 pp each; recipe makes 5)
    Total Time Spent: 7h (1hr30m production, 3h almond growing, 2h30m for almond crushing)
    Tickets Per Sugar Dollar Invested: 0.14
    Tickets Earned Per Minute if sold: 2.58
    Tickets Earned Per minute if Donated: 2.32

    Obviously, if I made any incorrect calculations, let me know.

    I really think Marzipan is probably the best thing to do as the other candies take more longer crops.

    For now I plan on having at least these:
    2 candy fields @ level 2 (gives me 27 sugar cane each hour)
    1 candy almond field @ level 3 (270 almonds every 3 hours)
    Crushing Mill @ level 2 (produces 12 crushed almonds every 20m)
    Candy Factory @ level 2 (produces 5 marzipans every 25m)
    Sugar Mill @ level 2 (produces 58 sugar every 45m)

    Total upgrading costs: 3,454,000
    Main Farm Dollar Cost: 2,935,900 (if I did the math right...)
    *This is before the 4th Almond Field upgrade cost (which I am sure it's going to be over 1.5m), as I don't know how much that is yet. This cost also does NOT include houses, nor their upgrades. It doesn't include land expansions, and it does not include deco pricing...

    I really don't know how many tickets I'll be able to earn in a day, but I will try and remember to keep track and see, but the time does go down drastically from the original 6hr. And, if possible, I'll definitely need to upgrade the mills and candy factory passed those levels, depending on how many ingredients I am able to collect.

    I'd query some of your per minute costs, here are mine and how I worked them out: http://turtleoatsgang.weebly.com/candy-farm-tips.html

    What level is your building at to get 470 tickets an hour on Marzipans?
    All my calculations were done in the aspect that I started with nothing in inv, and everything at level one. My buildings have been upgraded since then, but I have almost spent over 4m on the farm too!

    I guess what is missing is what level does GGS think is a low level AND how much do they think these players should be spending...

    I came up with the figures based on level 1 buildings throughout. The Marzipan is 5 (batch no)*217(individual direct sales price) - ingredient costs of 60 vouchers for sugar and 320 for crushed almonds (705 at this stage). Now divide by the 90 mins production time and multiply by 60 to get the vouchers/hour figure to get 470.

    Now I'm less confused... But that doesn't include growing times of almond/sugar though, nor the production times to make sugar and crushed almonds, which should also matter.

    But those things happen in parallel - they only matter for the first batch, after which time you will have sugar growing, almonds crushing etc. whilst the marzipan is being produced,

    I did these all, and its really just a rounding error*, because you get .9 of the value. Example: Fruity D is worth 34. If you donate one: 34*.9 =30.6. Rounded incorrectly to 30. 2 FD = 68*.9 = 61.2 etc. Works for everything.

    The upshot is this... donate everything in groups of 10, and you will maximize your vouchers. You CAN donate Fruity D, and Fruit Puddings in 5s. And the Gingerbread Hearts don't change because there are no fractions when you multiply 760 by .9.

    -Y

    * I say error, but I imagine its intentional to keep the values at 90% or below sales value.

    Very true, and my calculations didn't take that into consideration :) Which explains my low outcome. First batch will be a bit over 120 tickets an hour, second would be more because you make enough sugar for 3 batches, thus, you don't have to grow sugar as often.

    Sorry, had to edit that... I am not in my game today...

    Just found another difference between our formulas. Yours imply you're going to have ingredients ready when your first batch of Marzipans are finished; which you're not going to have the crushed almonds ready for Batch number #2. You'll still have a 2 hour wait before you can have another batch made because 1 orchard only give enough almonds for 1 batch, and the crusher only makes enough for 1 batch.

    Thus, if you started the game at 9am, and had all the buildings/structures you needed already;

    10am harvest sugar cane and start making sugar(finishing it at 11:30am)

    12pm, harvest your almonds and start producing Crushed Almonds. Plant more Almonds.

    2:30pm you can start your batch of Marzipans

    3pm Harvest your almonds, replant. Activate Crusher to make Crushed Almonds.

    4pm Marzipans are finished. You can't reactivate the Candy Factory because you have no crushed almonds.

    5:30pm Crushed Almonds are finished.

    I don't know if the Crusher can make more than 1 quantity at a time. If so, this us fixable by having a second orchard. If not, you'll def need to upgrade the crusher and get more almond orchards to make 470 tickets an hour.

    My formula pretty much doesn't consider parallel productions
