More toolboxes dropping, but not counting in inventory!!! How is that for a new bug, sigh.
I have to agree, experiencing major sound overload here, I really don`t need my clicks clicking and my workers plopping either :S .... Is that cow giving birth?
in regards to toolbox issues, please refer to the section for technical problems. The technical problem has already been explained there.
Regards,
Steffi
I'm pretty much in line here too. Think the old version was less intrusive, and comfortably informative about important actions. Now I'm thinking about switching the sound of completely, not just music, as the sounds are mostly anoying with lower informative value.
Return back to old version please. Was thousand times better.
EDIT: Eh, that clicking clicks is reeealllllllyyyyyyyyy anoying! Who had this silly idea ? ? ?
Why didn't you include link in your post?

Thanks for merging Pinjo. I was just thinking how to do it
One day it would be great if players could have an option to turn on/off specific sounds (chickens, birds, dog, etc.) I use the sound of the completed harvest to help me when I'm working in another tab/window or doing other real life tasks. It's a big help.
Thanks for fixing Omar's clock (kept thinking he was sipping a little too much wine from his stores). The fix on the harvest timers resolves a big annoyance as well.
Oh yes, the sound of completed harvest is about all that is usefull there. No complaints about that one. And that was good enough in the old version already.
PS: Wonder if you keep your excitement about this sound overload after it has been beating in your head for a few days.
I've read through the announcement and all comments but no one has mentioned this.
My opinion: this new "deal" is one of the stupidest things I've seen in this game..
Wish I could turn them off and keep the "harvest ready" sound.
Or the switch between old and new sounds, if enough people like the new scheme, which I still tend to doubt.
But I still play with no sound.
The sound effects are too much though. I could definitely live without the annoying cha ching sound, I liked the old sound for 'harvest ready' better, my cows sound like they're in serious pain, the sounds of planting and putting grain into feed bins are completely unnecessary. And clicking click sounds?? Really?
I'm happy like a little kid you fixed the harvest timers though.
I agree the new sounds are ok but what would be nice is to be able to input our own music 8)
Why on Earth would you want to bother with imputting your own music to the game? Just play your stereo when you want to listen to something nice.
................ another sound I find really irritating is that of horse competition, win also, but lost especially.
In general it looks like the game makers didn't play the game with these sounds. They may all sound fun when played once or twice in isolation. Nevertheless they tend to create absolute havoc and iritation when repeated thousand times over and over again, overlayed one on top of the other.
They seem to be part of the "ambient" sounds and "ambient" and "interface" sounds are turned on/off from the same button. It would maybe make sense to put in a separate button for ambiance to please those that dislike the animal sounds but want to keep alerts and stuff? ^-^
They weren't as noticeable before but personally I like it better now, because the old one's sound quality was low and it was so quiet and barely noticeable that the animal noises made me subconsciously strain my ears all the time when sounds were on. Things like that give me a headache very easily so I'm glad it's gone, now I can actually keep sounds on - awesome! :'3
p.s. Thank you thank you thank you for fixing the harvest timer issue, I had forgotten how nice it is to not have to reload every farm after something as simple as watering co-op trees! Just noticed it now and so happy~ \^-^/
I agree, the new sound track is really annoying with the added sound affects, Id rather have the old one back. I switched the sound and music off after less then a minute, only gives me a headache.
Now there is to much muuh muuh gok gok tjirp tjirp and so on...
- and the music? - I try it hmmm 15-20 second, and them I disabble it.... sorry.
And the only extra sound I could have wish to the game is a sound telling me a mission is startet -a dn there is still no a sound for that.
- When I play bigfarm, I at the same time (when I wait for the next harvest) doing other things than just sit and looking at the bigfarm... e.g. I doing some picture editing, reading forum, play another game (turn based installed on my pc), doing some housework and so on what else is possible to do in the minutes when I wait for the next harvest.
So lets have back the old sounds, and add in a sound for when a mission start.
