Criticism: Leaders and [Removed]

Edit by PINJO: removed the name and shame because that is not allowed

Hi ricardo99
Mods will probably be having a go at you in no time for naming and shaming... I feel sorry to hear about your bad experiences, but I think you haven't realised yet one thing: the leaders don't take the money for themselves, it goes to the coop's fund which is then used for initiating researches, and recently for buying boosts during Cooperative Challenge. It cannot be appropriated by an individual, honestly. So please don't call the coop leaders [Removed], I take objection to that.
Edit by PINJO: changed the quote
i lucked out and found a great coop where there are no crazy demands. Allowed to build my farms as i want, donate money or gold only if i want to. It's unfortunate a few bad ones wreck if for the good ones

There are good and bad coops out there, as well as farmers, leaders and deputies who are great, and others whose people skills have much to be desired.. to put it nicely! BEWARE! Many say and type one thing, but act and say differently in private messages or while one on one with you. I cannot tell you how many times farmers apply to coops and never even bother to read the coop description..All I can suggest is do your homework.. Chances are if you join somewhere, their recruiting team has put in a ton of work looking for acceptable members to join their team. Don't waste their time and yours, by just leaving after a day. It's unfair to all involved. Ask questions, and if people are not willing to take the time to answer your questions, maybe its a sign of things to come.
I agree Jeff-that the bad eggs truly do ruin it for the kind, helpful teams and farmers out there!
